Day 28: I got home from 10 days of holidays and these girls had cruised along as if I had been there with them the whole time. They are very happy, especially the middle one. The small one on the right has always been small, is what it is. She could be a stack little shorty. Time will tell. I did a feed today, top dressed according to Gaia Green at 15 ml/ gal of media which should last approx 2 weeks. I also added a bit more 444 just to make sure there’s enough N during this stretch phase. All 3 have pistols showing and are starting to flower. I was unable to train as much as I’d have liked but is what it is. Sometimes the more indica strains I’ve done are negatively effected by topping and excess training. I removed a couple huge fans that were shading too much of the plant. I also am trying a “super cropping” of top fans to get them out of the way but still save them as a nute source if they need. We’ll see how it goes. The Vipar spectra xs2000 is killling it as usual. As I’ve said 50 times it’s super powerful and I’ve had to raise the light above recommended height as I started to see leaf edge curl and light stress. No problem at all tho, better too powerful and raise it than too weak and have loose buds. I did a micro top just to stop excessive apical meristem stretch and leaving all the other lower branches too low for effective light absorption or burn on the top cola. Happy Growing 🌱

Last week plant got into heavy stretching mode, top branch grows above others, rest is more or les even, many small branches reachad surface in search for light not sure what bud will grow on them, we'll see. Today and yesterday I watered it twice with water only, 1.5l each time. Tomorrow or day after tomorrow I'll put some nuts for flowering.

1/30/21Saturday morning had me lounging, watering, pruning and a photo shoot. I am hoping for a quick recovery from the middle plant after some pruning was done. I was hoping it would stretch one last time so I could move the light but I am parked there for the time. Hey Growmies, she has bounced back phenomenally, so much that she has gotten extremely hungry. The feed shown here is the already the strong feeding suggestion, but I first saw a few leaves with a nitrogen deficiency, when I decided to up the veg nutes to pre flower levels, I now started to see signs of magnesium deficiency. I decided to add 10 ml more if calmag to the mix and will see if that’ll fix the issue. Other than that, she has started to develop a massive rootball and almost stretched by 12 cm. Will probably veg her for another 2 weeks by the looks of it and then flip her once she has filled the scrog. She is already starting to smell quite strong for her not even being in pre flower. I also want to point people in the direction of the photone app, a very helpful little helper that’ll help you getting a good guess of the ppms at your canopy. Purple Punch X Sunset Sherbet, planta bastante complicada ya que no es muy vigorosa y no le gusta comer abonos, en flora es muy rápida y madura en pocos días creando tricomas gigantes y con tonos de rosa rojo al lila violeta oscuro. En el paladar es una delicia dulce afrutada y exótica que recuerda a un cocktail como el Mai Tai. El subidon es instantáneo y muy fuerte, cerebral como físico por lo cual solo recomendable después del trabajo y de noche!

So we're going into the 2nd week of flower and everything is looking good and healthy. Definitely ready to see what the flower looks like on this cross. My diary won't be complete in time for the contest but I'm still stoked for this grow.

Things are looking good going into the fifth week from seed. Topped and did a minor defoliation last week and now they've recovered. They're also now in their final pots.

No technique at this point just watching her flowers develop. This is going to be my first harvest so I'm super excited. Have a clone of the mother that I will use to produce seeds
