More water, more light, more EC

6-7-2026 velvet moon Sorry I miss last week and didn't get any pictures of the grow. The plant is in great shape. Very green and healthy. In the green house right know so I can give them more light. I get to much shade around 5pm to 8pm so I set up a light in the green house for more light. Will bring the plane out when I switch to flowering. Its around 14 to 16 inches tall getting around 3 to 5 cups of rain water depending on the soild if its dry or still moist. I plan on getting some clones out of this planet. Ive started to train the plant for more yield. First time doing these so its a learning stage.

27-08-2026 Somehow it’s hard for me to keep updating the progress of my cannabisplants. I wanted to do it weekly, but it just doesn’t happen. Our fruits and vegetables need to be harvested and our animals want a lot of attention too! I’m so happy growing with Biotabs, I hardly have to do anything and if I don’t have time, my plants are growing anyway. GMO Fast isn’t flowering yet. She is only showing a few pre-flower hairs and only when I search for them with a magnifying glass. I think she won’t make it in time… GMO Fast also had some issues during a summer storm with heavy winds and rain. One of her main branches came down. It was still attached to the centre of the plant, but it began to rot and I had to cut it out. I lost 25% of this plant. It’s my own fault. She is over 2,5 metres now and her height makes her susceptible for wind. It makes me think about securing all my cannabisplants with long bamboo-poles or sticks. If the flowers start growing, all those branches will get heavy eventually. Maybe it’s time to prioritize the cannabisplants at this moment… In week 16 (first signs of pre-flowering) all the plants got watered with 5 litres of water with 20 ml of Bio PK 5-8 and this week, week 20, again 20 ml of Bio PK 5-8 diluted in 5 litres of water. This is the third time I had to water the plants manually. I just love this way of growing. Perfect for someone with a chronic illness. The plants have a nice green colour. I still need to ‘shave the legs’ and cut some branches and leaves away at the inside of the plant. Especially now when it rains sometimes I want them to dry quickly. I already removed two baskets of leaves and small branches from NL x Big Bud and Burger Kush.

WEEK#9 DAY#56 :She could use some water . Easy going grow , slow vertical climb multi-lateral branching . I could selectively prune to encourage vertical growth but at this time I think the grow is going fine . I anticipated the plant being larger at this time athough I’ve never grown this strain before to know what to expect I think another 4-6 weeks of VEG will do her nothing but JUSTICE . Still watering to make those dry amendments available . After these 28-31 days we’ll transplant her into her final 6gallon pot . Or atleast I think that will be her final pot I see the benefit of stepping up pot size gradually and honesty think the growth is healthier when done that way I’m just being lazy and don’t feel like up-potting 3 or more times . I just wanna make small adjustments and move on ya know ? Week#9Day#56Update: 2/3 older girls showing signs of flushing, there’s heavy yellowing top of the plant & purple hues beginning to show. The two of them should have 3-4 weeks left & the buds have not even began to swell yet so I’m worried I missed my feeding time after I gave them nute burn beginning of flower so my fear is that my bud won’t swell & I’ve just jacked up my harvest the last half of flower. I’m going to try & get small amounts of nutes in there to help the bud develop without giving too much to mess up the end of flower flush . The final older girl isn’t showing any signs of flush it is the smallest of the 3 & therefore perhaps did not consume as much food as the other 2 girls is all I can think considering all three ladies soil came from the same batch of premixed “soil” they weren’t individually mixed It’s almost time to get these older girls out & get some note-worthy shots of “Cellie” growing All ALONE into this 5x5. Heavy heavy heavy defoliation. Will pony-tail when the fan leaves grow back out Week#9 Day#63 Update: started pony tailing her tops that are large enough to pin back without decapitating/severing the top . The top dress feeding I gave her still hasn’t become plant available yet. She’s still yellowing . I’ll be glad to see her park back up & continuing growing on. I purchased some worm castings I’ll top dress with a few tablespoons before watering her in & see if that perks her up until the Gaia Green is broken down. Shes almost tall enough to come down off that 1gall bucket even before transplant into a 6gal planter like the older girls finishing up .

Love how beautifully she is growing! She’s 12 days in transition now so 2 days away from 2 weeks in bloom basically (since I switched to 12-12) so interested to see where her stretch will cease! She’s no longer on raises now and is now climbing above the girl that was already in bloom! (Iced grapefruit) and now stands an inch above her when I started I had the plants raised to match her height and now it will be visa versa! And so many flower sites too! Amazing progress! I’m also done with pulling her ties anymore now as she’s also wide enough and has bushed out! True beauty!

So far so good just suck the weather getting colder out . Praying it stay warm for just a few more weeks

I don't think much more will happen in case of Bud thiccness, just getting more ripe. But i hope im wrong, wouldn't mind if they get a little bit more swollen. Since im Colorblind i can't say for sure, but i think RG #1 is turning kinda Purple? RG #2 has still the biggest buds and starts to fade now. There are still a lot of white pistils and Trichomes are also not ready yet, still not milky and i surely want some amber in it also. So i guess at least another 2 weeks, mostly 3. Don't want to harvest them too early, they should have the time to get ready. This week they also got again 10ml of Bio PK, next week will be the last time, then only water for 2 weeks. So see you next week then! :)

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. It has been water only this week. The plants have pulled the chlorophyll from the leaves and in turn I have pulled the spent leaves. I will harvest the plants during this next week. The back right plant has finished fully but the front left plant could probably go another 10 days. So 5 more days seems like a fair compromise. These plants come from mix pack auto seeds. I have no idea what they are. However I took lower buds off the plants and put them in my dry herb vaporiser. 100 degrees Celsius to remove the moisture, then I vaped the buds at 180 degrees Celsius. The back right plant smells like grapefruit and tastes like grapefruit with a fizz. It gives me a pleasant stoney effect. The buds feel sticky and gritty on the fingers. I’m calling it a Paloma cocktail. The front left plant smells like orange juice and tastes like orange juice with a creamy finish. It gives me an uplifting energetic effect. The buds also feel sticky and gritty on the fingers, no grease. I’m calling it a OJ crème. The seeds I spotted on the back right plant look fairly immature, so not really an issue. Therefore I recommend the mix pack auto seeds, as they offer good value, especially when picked up at buy 1 get 1 promo time. The biobizz light mix soil in conjunction with bio grow and bio bloom have been super easy to use and have really allowed the genetics to shine. I first used biobizz 6 years ago. I then went down the rabbit hole of amending my own soils and using ferments and teas. Nothing ever stays the same and so can never be replicated. I recommend using biobizz for simplicity and replication of results. So I will chop, dry, cure and report back in a couple of weeks or so, with final dry weight and thoughts.

Day 43 (2020-06-21): Watered again today, but I think I might back off to every other day. I noticed the same nasty smell that formed in my reservoir is now in the runoff as well. Probably still growing in the medium. I'll try letting things dry out a bit more and add peroxide into the next watering. Day 44: (2020-06-22): Skipped watering today. The G14 mutant looks like it is going to have pretty low yield. The main colas have very small buds so far. Maybe it will eventually kick in, but I am thinking those smaller ones will just fatten up and not get much more vertical. Day 45 (2020-06-23): Skipped again today as things still seemed moist up top. Day 46 (2020-06-24): Both pots seemed light so watered around 3/4 gallon each @ 5.8 PH. I also added 3ml of 12% (food grade) H2O2 to help clear out any residual algae growth from the Blumat tank. Day 47 (2020-06-25): Flowers continue to develop. G14 is starting to fill out a bit, but the CBD is looking good. Will try to post some bud closeups before the week is out since the automatic picam snaps aren't doing it. Day 48 (2020-06-26): Skipped watering again today. Looks every 3 days is going to work although the G14 was a little lighter than the CBD when I last watered. May have to do every other day for it. Day 49 (2020-06-27): Watered today @ PH 5.75.

The smell is ABSOLUTELY divine 🤩 The trim was super easy,the buds are super dense & sticky👌

Had to isolate one of the ladies due to being a week+ behind the other which involve putting in her own resvoir other four are starting flush. Also had to remove and clean the connection "T" as the roots were plugging up the "T" and restricting flow back to the res. The buds look amazing and am really looking forward to the pay off.

Happy belated new years! Work and Holidays have taken a toll not only on me but the plants as well. Sadly, i didnt take any pictures. Also, Afghan Kush is yellowing quite a bit and showing signs of calmag def, while the blueberry just now started showing signs of a developed Phosphor def. We will try and tackle those problems in week 8, where ill also add more pics again. Im putting those issues in relation to me overwatering the shit out of them in the first couple of weeks and also by trying to delay adding flower nutes and not adding preventive calmag, which ill probably do from now on, since my previos run also showed some minor calmag problems, but nothing as drastic as this now. other than that, theyre growing, and the afghan kush is putting on some mass. Blueberry is chilling but als way more bushy. See you next week and enjoy the timelapse! :D
