D46 - The first day in the third week of flower. Not much to report. I'm pretty much just letting her go at this point, considering how stunted she is. I'm interested in what the result will be but I'm not really willing to spend much time or energy on her. D48 - I'm starting to see more discolored leaves on her, and I suspect that she has thrips considering that I had (have?) them in my other tent. I can't spray her with anything as she is in flower, and I already have a bag with predatory mites on her, so I've done what I can really can. In any case, she is more of a project at this point. The good news is that I think I have discovered why she is stunted. I read online about transplanting when they mentioned that it was important not to transplant when the plant is too dry, as it can cause the root structure to fall apart and thus shock your plant. Well, that is precisely what happened. During the transplant, my girl was dry and lost some earth, which disturbed the roots. 100% user error, as I suspected since this was my first time transplanting. Usually, I plant directly in the final container. I need more training (obviously), so I have started a new grow where I plan to transplant the girls a couple of times. D52 - The end of yet another week. She is getting frosty but is of course still stunted and tiny lol.

Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiod plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Jet Fuel has just undergone the topping of 8 florets, you can see the 4 fresh florets just cut. We are therefore at 8 very small branches growing, my plan for photoperiod plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the florets to split them, we always take care not to damage the new growing florets. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and in perfect shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I'm a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil and start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember the cold temperature makes the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer so be careful to give the right amount and to dry the plant in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. I'm hoping this one is a female, I'm in need of some BBOG flower. I topped and defoliated every plant. I'm trying to form them into canna-bushes. Hopefully I'm doing the correct training procedures to make them all grow that way both indoors and out.

Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

They gained a lot of height last week. As I said I was 2 times there watering my plants because of the extreme heatwave in my country. But my plants really love the weather here and grow and grow.

Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

The plant is doin very well, the colas are all getting bigger and the resin production is huge. I'm near the harvest so within few days I'll give her the last nutrients ans the next week I'm gonna flush her. I'm very happy about this plant, she takes nutes very well and give zero problem.

Aumento un poco la EC con el Bio Bloom, cuando las riegas y las mueves un poco sueltan un olor bastante agradable 😁. Seguiré con la tabla de nutrientes de Biobizz para ir subiendo la EC hasta 1.9 durante estas 3 próximas semanas, a ver que tal se desarrollan las flores, saludos

Day 91, plants #1&3 are still maturing and not ready to be chopped. They are definitely running longer than I expected. I have plant #2 in jars and curing already. Total dry weight for her was 98g or 3.5oz!!! Definitely more than I was expecting. I was hoping for 1.5oz so I’m definitely a happy guy about that!!! Update #2: upon further investigating, looks like I’m going to start flushing the last 2 plants in a couple days when they go through all their current nutrients. They’re about ready to come down. I harvested last two plants on day 98. Currently drying. I will update with final weight in a couple days.

So she grew 26cm this week... Over doubling her height!!!!!!!! I think she's just entered flowering. All in all, she's growing well 😎

Fresh osmosis water was prepared and filled into canisters. The tent was completely cleaned and each plant was checked individually under the magnifying glass.
