Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she’s looking beautiful. She definitely not as big as I was expecting but she’s really starting to fatten up, looking and smelling amazing. Can’t wait for these last couple weeks for her to finish and chop her. Day 51 - All is looking good and hoping by the end of week 10 she’ll be ready or close to ready for chopping. Starting to get milky trichomes but still quite a few clear. The next couple weeks are gonna be fun to watch her fatten up more. Day 52 - She definitely looking good and getting a lot of milky trichs but there’s still a bit of time before she’s ready to chop, at least that’s what I’m thinking. Might do a split harvest if she calls for it but hoping she’ll be ready by week 10 or 11 at the latest. Just need her to fatten up a bit in the middle. Day 53 - Gave her a feeding of water today and continuing to watch her fatten each day. She’s starting to get really frosty and smelly and I’m loving it! Excited for the last few weeks. Day 54 - All is looking good still and it’s like this girl is almost turning into one big giant frosty bud and couldn’t be happier with how easy she’s been to grow so far. Right now she’s almost 100% milky trichs and looks like she still has a little more time to go still. I’m going for a little more couch lock so need those ambers to start showing up. Day 55 - All is looking good still, just watching her fatten up everyday. Day 56 - Last day of week 8 and she’s smelling sooo sweet and getting frostier everyday. Thinking about just giving her pH’d water from here on out. I’m guessing another week or two and she should be finishing up but just gonna continue watching trichs. Waiting for them to start turning amber. Still a few clear in there but not many, mostly all cloudy now.

11 day dry mix of jar cure / Grove bag cure

Bueno ah llegado el momento de la cosecha , la verdad muy contento con la sepa darth haze es una planta de buena estructura rigidez y de rápido crecimiento, un poco débil a las enfermedades causadas x humedades altas o calores fuertes en mí experiencia , cultive en outdoor en tierra cosechando en abril de este año y me dio muy buenos resultados la cual le hice tres esquejes, uno fue madre y dos puse a florecer en el indoor en julio en masetas de 15ltr que son los del vídeo que compartí, este esqueje vendría a ser el feno 2 de la semilla, lo cual tomo colores distintos a las originales de la sepa. Con un olor más contundente a cedro y con notas de limón en su final acá podemos ver ya su último tirón de maduración cogollos compactos como rocas este cruce de bubbakush pre 98 x lebron haze (haze x lemon Thai) cumplió con mis expectativas aunque siempre pueden salir mejor y en eso estamos , las plantas fueron alimentadas x igual con la misma cantidad de fertilizantes (orgánicos) no se le controlo ec ni ph ( no tengo los medidores) pero siempre controlando que el agua descansará y no tenga cloro y haciendo un previo lavado de raices 20 días antes del corte ya llegando limpias a su final, espero que les guste mí humilde cultivo pero la idea es mejorar y aprender día a día cosas nuevas y nuevos conceptos a tener en cuenta y llevar adelante a los siguientes cultivos ! Lastimosamente gracias a las bajas temperaturas y a la gran humedad constante (no puedo hacer mucho al respecto) la aparición de hongos en las hojas es inevitable. Mantengo a raya podando mas hojas infectadas y regando lo menos posible + secando el piso de la carpa en cada riego. Hoy 18/9 estamos en 1100 de EC a 50 días de empezar la flora.

11/26/23 - Day 19 - Today was water change day. By time I got around to looking at the plant I realized that a water change had already taken place. How amazing is that. I had to do nothing. I just wake up everyday to a plant much bigger than the day before. Its too easy! 11/28/23 - Day 21 - Today she is much bushier. It seems like shes is growing a whole leaf node out every 24 hrs. Really impressed with the color and size of this thing. I'm learning to expect great things from this Leaf growing experience. 11/30/23 - Day 23 - She keeps geeting bushier, maybe she has grown by about 2" since the start of the water change. Her color is the same all over, that dark but vibrant green. Because this is my first time growing an Auto in this box I'm wondering when I should top her. The branches are so close together. The last strain I grew had tons of room. This thing is growing like a bush. 12/1/23 - Day 24 - I did the first topping today. I took a video but its not uploading. Ill need to move it from my phone and upload from the computer.

I started her flushing this week. I think she wants another week to ripen so I don’t plan to chop her until next Saturday (29/2). She is still filling in the runs on her tops. Two weeks ago I wouldn’t have thought she could but there’s been plenty of calyx growth and the runs are nearly gone 😃.

Placing a dehumidifier or humidifier in the grow box turned out to be ineffective when both devices have their own automated settings. For instance, a humidifier set to 55% humidity works within a ±5% range, meaning it waits until the humidity drops below 50% to turn on and runs until it hits 60%. Since its sensor refreshes every 30 seconds, it might show 54% one moment and jump to 61% the next—not exactly stable at 55%. The dehumidifier behaves similarly. To achieve more consistent results, it’s better to rely on a hygrometer inside the grow box and use “dumb” devices that simply turn on when powered. Connecting these devices to smart outlets provides more precise control. For manual control, I maintained around 55% humidity by turning the humidifier and exhaust fan on and off via phone. Most moisture and aroma are released during the first three days, then taper off. The common rule of “when thin branches snap, it’s dry” led me to overdry my buds. A more reliable method is to monitor the hygrometer. When humidity stabilizes after the initial rise, wait one more day and then jar the buds. Rehydrating Overdried Buds: Overdried buds can be revived with a small piece of mandarin (or orange) peel, about 2.5x2.5 cm. Thoroughly wash the peel (even sanitize it if needed), cut a square, and place it on top of the buds in the jar. In my experience, this brought the humidity from 46% to 62% within 4 hours. Afterward, burp the jars for 15 minutes and monitor the hygrometer. If the humidity drops below 55%, return the peel for a few more hours. Once stable at 60-62%, remove the peel and continue curing, burping the jars twice daily for 15 minutes. As for humidity packs like Integra Boost or Boveda, I used them because I had some lying around. These packs are designed for 12 grams of product, so they don’t make a big difference in larger jars. If you burp jars daily and gently rotate the buds, they’re not really necessary. Trimming and Results: After 7 days of drying, I decided to trim dry this time. It turned out to be somewhat more convenient—everything gets covered in resin anyway, but the remaining leaves easily fall off, speeding up the process. I went for a tight trim, removing as much as possible. During the process, I felt disappointed seeing how little remained on the branches. The buds turned out airy and small, and I started cursing American genetics halfway through the trim. However, when it came to weighing, the results were surprisingly decent. Considering the buds' poor appearance, they’re not going to impress anyone visually, so it might have been easier to shred everything and use it for extraction. I don’t have extraction equipment, so I’ll make cannabutter from the trim, and the buds can rest in jars for now. Takeaways: Use a proper hygrometer for humidity control, not built-in sensors on humidifiers or dehumidifiers. Overdried buds can be easily rehydrated with citrus peel. Daily burping and rotation are sufficient for curing without humidity packs. Dry trimming can be faster and more convenient but may highlight issues with bud density. Despite underwhelming appearance, high resin content makes the strain great for extraction.

I just switched Purple Ryder auto to ph water yesterday. She has finished bulking, and is starting to ripen. She grew great in the Agrogardens nutrition, under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. Vamos familia, actualizamos la cuarta semana de crecimiento de estas Black Rainbow de Seedstockers, salieron las 3 de 3, 100% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de crecimiento. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento.
