A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

They are ready the only thing is I'm going to wait for the other plans to catch up probably 4 more days they smell really nice and can't wait to try this legendary strain. Notice that they can be sensitive to foxtailing if light is to close to their buds. Thank you for reading I will Continue to update have a happy grow.

Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month ๐Ÿ˜ƒ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป. Thunderbird is an allegory; his conflicts with other forces in nature are then an attempt to allegorize relationships observed in the natural order, such as the changing of the weather. He is essentially an attempt to represent the patterns of activity of a powerful, mysterious force in a way that can be understood simply and easily โ€“ sort of the way in which a weather map functions today. Moving from18x60x60 = 64,800 seconds in 18 hours. 64800x860(ppfd) = 55,728,000 umol per daylight. Into Flower 12x60x60 = 43,200 seconds in 12 hours. 43200x1145(ppfd) = 49,464,000 umol per daylight. It's asking a lot of Rubisco regeneration to maintain 50 DLI in the 12 instead of 18. Raised the ambient CO2 to 1200 to 1500 ppm to achieve efficient gas exchange. Not particularly recommended, but adding sugar to an indoor growing medium is a highly effective way to stimulate microbial activity, which rapidly breaks down the sugars and releases CO2 through cellular respiration. You can safely capture this CO2 to fertilize indoor crops and boost photosynthesis. While this process works, the setup requires precise understanding and management to avoid common indoor growing hazards. Rubisco acts as the primary storage sink for leaf nitrogen, accounting for up to 30% to 50% of a C3 plant's soluble protein. Deep Green Leaves signal a rich abundance of both chlorophyll and Rubisco proteins. The plant possesses the heavy enzymatic machinery required to handle 1145 PPFD. Pale or yellowing leaves indicate a nitrogen deficiency. The plant is actively breaking down its own Rubisco to salvage nitrogen for newer growth, drastically reducing its light-tolerance threshold. Subtle difference, but understanding is important in order to be able to judge when to dial light intensity up and light intensity down, when to push, and when to back off. An extra dose of magnesium is vital if a plant is going to push through the growing pains of high-intensity lighting. Foliar application of magnesium is an excellent and rapid way to assist with Rubisco regeneration within a plant, so long as it is applied correctly. Spray strictly in the early morning or late evening, mixing your magnesium with a little fulvic acid or chelator, but only when she gets a little limey on top. This, for me, is the experience of growing, akin to "riding the surf" maintaining efficient Rubisco regeneration through visual identification of the shade of green. Surf a razor-thin wave when balancing light intensity, nutrient availability, and transpiration to maximize Rubisco enzyme efficiency. Keeping the Calvin cycle fully charged without tipping into nutrient toxicity, light stress, or the dreaded chlorosis requires paying close attention to the visual cues the plant provides. By monitoring these subtle shifts in color, turgor pressure, and leaf posture, you adjust your environmental controls and surf that exact razor-thin wave. Nute recycling acts as the vital execution mechanism for autophagy, which defines senescence. Natural senescence is a genetically programmed developmental stage aimed at nutrient recycling, whereas triggered autophagy is a rapid survival response activated by environmental stress. While both processes utilize the vacuole to break down cellular material, their triggers, selectivity, and overall goals are entirely different. Cannabis plant senescence is not separate from nutrient recycling protocols; rather, nutrient recycling is the primary physiological purpose of senescence, and autophagy serves as the core switch mechanism executing both processes. Takes about 24 to 48 hours to notice visible changes once the signals have initiated the autophagic response. Not too late at all. A little bit of fade from senescence 2 weeks from harvest is normal and genetically expected. Send the C:N 32:1 signal 1 week from harvest for the best effect in your organic grow. Understanding what makes leaves fade is not always senescence, but also strongly linked to Rubisco regeneration. That's a whole other subject. Vital to understand the differences if you want a correct diagnosis and to transition from hobby grower to master stoner, differentiating between a true genetic fade and a decline in photosynthetic proteins. Nitrate is nitrate, whether it oxidizes or not is not up for debate. If it's not sunk by the plant you are smoking some if not all of, it's regardless of what your feelings are on the matter. Senescence is highly critical. It is the natural end-of-life stage where the plant redirects energy to ripen flowers. Properly managed, it breaks down harsh chlorophyll, allowing the terpenes (which provide taste and aroma) to peak. Harvesting outside this window leads to an "unripe" or degraded flavor comparable to going without. To initiate the response you seek, you can trigger it multiple ways, when growing synthetically its triggered by nutrient starvation, generally when the entire medium is flushed. This is more to do with N starvation than being entirely empty. Nonetheless. PK boosters are N starvation through maximizing P and K. (Generally only works for synthetic grows) Normally, a medium only holds 10-30% of its nitrogen as ammoniacal ta part boosts this to 50% as it triggers the "ripen" signal, but you don't want to keep ammoniacal above 30% for more than 7-10 days if you can help it. Its a trigger mechanism no more. PK BOOST with 50% ammoniacal N signals floral maturation. PK BOOST with N starvation signals nutrient recycling/sinking. Because you are using organic nutes and you want to maintain the rhizosphere, what you want to do is add carbon in the form of sugars (powdered molasses). It's almost impossible to empty a medium enough when microorganisms are constantly releasing nutrients into the direct EC. Very difficult to initiate starvation responses with ammoniacal nitrogen. Manipulating the C:N ratio is the key to triggering an autophagic response and resulting nutrient recycling in the last days using organic nutes and without having to flush. Generally not recommended for new growers. So do what you want. But if you don't trigger the plant to dump its nitrates into root zones, you will smoke nitrates as NO3- does not oxidize during the dry and cure no matter what you do or how long you dry or cure. Doesn't matter what anyone "feels" about it, how many grows they had with no fade. "Clover steals valuable nutrients." Crop and drop the clover come flipping to flower, its benefit comes from creating an airy and porous rootzone. I don't need to crop and drop once the plant fills the canopy, she blotches out the light, and the clovers die. This is the nitrogen the microorganisms use to convert carbon for respiration throughout the flowering stage.

Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I braided the shoots of Dr Grinspoon under the hooks with LST every day. It still looks a bit uncoordinated and funny but that will change as soon as it is allowed to grow in height while it is in bloom :-). Depending on how long the other women in the tent still need their vegiphase, I then switch to 12/12 hours for flowering. I think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days ๐Ÿ‘. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). ๐Ÿ’œ Purple Haze by Zamnesia โ€“ Pheno B Week 9 | The Frosty Little Bush Welcome back to another chapter of the 8ร—8 Adventure! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š Well... I think we can officially stop asking what kind of plant Purple Haze Pheno B wants to be. She's made her decision. She's a bush. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’œ And she's a beautiful one. While her sister has taken a completely different path, Pheno B continues to build herself outward, staying compact, dense and beautifully full. But something has changed this week. The flowers are starting to get seriously frosty. And that's where this girl is becoming particularly interesting. Because although she's still unmistakably the little bush of the Purple Haze family... she's starting to show us another side of herself. ๐ŸŒฟ Still the Bush If you've been following this phenotype from the beginning, you already know her personality. She's compact. She's dense. She's lush. She's not interested in chasing the ceiling. She's perfectly happy building herself outward and filling the space around her. And honestly, I really like it. The more weeks we spend watching the two Purple Haze sisters develop under the same overall environment, the more obvious their differences become. Same genetics. Same room. Same general conditions. Same lighting philosophy. Same feeding strategy. But completely different expressions. Her sister has developed her own architecture. Pheno B has looked at all of that and apparently decided: "No thanks. I'm staying a bush." ๐Ÿ˜‚ And that's exactly what makes this phenotype hunt so fascinating. ๐Ÿ’œ Something Is Happening With the Frost The biggest thing catching my attention this week isn't her height. It isn't her structure. We already know those things. It's the frost. The resin production is becoming increasingly visible across the developing flowers, and the change feels much more noticeable compared with where she was only a short time ago. She's starting to sparkle. And she's doing it quickly. That's probably what surprised me most. For a phenotype that has been moving at her own rhythm, the speed at which she's now developing this frosty appearance is really interesting to watch. The flowers are becoming more defined. The sugar leaves are beginning to carry that beautiful crystalline appearance. And suddenly the whole plant has another layer of character. The bush is getting frosty. ๐Ÿ’œโ„๏ธ ๐ŸŒธ The Flowers Are Finding Their Identity The flower sites continue developing throughout that compact structure. There's still a lot of green surrounding them, but the flowers themselves are becoming increasingly easy to distinguish. Fresh pistils continue emerging. The calyxes are becoming more noticeable. And now the resin is joining the party. This is one of my favourite stages to document because you can actually see the plant changing from week to week. It's no longer simply: "Here are some flowering sites." It's becoming: "Okay... now we're starting to see what these flowers are going to become." And with Pheno B, that process is happening throughout her little bush. ๐Ÿƒ Lush, Green & Completely Herself The foliage remains one of the strongest characteristics of this phenotype. She's still carrying that beautiful green colour and an enormous amount of healthy-looking foliage. Even though the flowers are becoming more prominent, the plant hasn't lost her identity. She's still that compact, leafy Purple Haze. Still dense. Still bushy. Still doing things her own way. And that's something I really appreciate about this project. We're not trying to make every phenotype behave identically. We're watching them reveal themselves. Pheno B has already revealed quite a lot. And I'm enjoying every chapter. ๐Ÿ‘ญ Two Sisters, Two Completely Different Stories This comparison is becoming more and more fun. When we first started watching these two Purple Haze phenotypes, there were plenty of similarities. Now? Not so much. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Pheno A: elegant, balanced, beautifully proportioned. Pheno B: compact, dense, bushy and increasingly frosty. Same genetic name. Different architecture. Different personality. Different expression. And that's exactly what phenotype hunting is all about. If anything, the longer this run continues, the more convinced I become that growing multiple plants from the same genetic line is incredibly valuable. You don't just get a plant. You get a conversation between genetics and environment. And these two sisters are having a very interesting conversation. ๐Ÿ’ก Light From Above & Below The lighting ecosystem continues to support the entire room as the plants move deeper into flowering. With Pheno B's compact structure, it's particularly interesting to watch how the flowers develop throughout the dense architecture rather than simply focusing on the tallest points. The additional lighting within the lower canopy remains part of the experiment, and I'm enjoying documenting how the flowers across different levels of this little bush continue developing. One thing is becoming increasingly obvious: there's a lot happening inside this plant. She's small compared with some of the taller girls. But she's certainly not empty. There's a lot of flower packed into that structure. ๐Ÿ’ง Consistency Continues As with the rest of the 8ร—8 Adventure, Pheno B continues under the same overall flowering nutrition strategy. You see the structure. You see the density. But move closer... And suddenly everything changes. You start seeing the individual flowers. The white pistils. The developing calyxes. The sugar leaves. And now, increasingly, those beautiful resin-covered surfaces. That's what makes documenting this project so enjoyable. A plant can look completely different depending on how closely you observe it. The wide photograph tells one story. The flower photograph tells another. And the macro tells you there's an entire universe happening inside that little flower. Purple Haze Pheno B is giving us plenty to photograph. ๐Ÿ”ฎ Looking Ahead And now I'm genuinely curious about the next chapter. Because I think we're reaching an interesting point with this girl. She's still the bush. She's still compact. She's still completely different from her sister. But the flowers are changing. The frost is increasing. The structure is becoming more defined. And her development seems to be accelerating compared with what we've seen from her previously. So I'm going to keep watching. Keep documenting. Keep photographing. And most importantly... let her continue being herself. What can I say fast buds have done it again with another amazing strain, she grew really fast, showed great response to lst. She has the most beautiful colours on her when in flower, she wouldโ€™ve filled out abit more if I gave her another week or 2 but due to certain circumstances she had to be pulled, which is sure a shame but sheโ€™s still frosty as hell and stinks! Will certainly be doing this strain again outdoor and indoor! Will update smoke in another week or so. Happy growing! ๐ŸŒฑ

2 1/2 litres of feed per plant every 48 hours Avge temp 80F avge Humidity 44% removed 600w LED left just the 900w too much light with both. The plants with both lights on went into overdrive, uptaking more water and expelling less, causing a big drop in humidity 35 and less, removing 600w light humidity went back to mid 40's. Useful to know if you have high humidity extra light can help reduce it, or so i'm thinking. Did some more light cropping.

Das substrat besteht aus 70% erde & 30% torf, & dazu eine selbst gemachte dรผngermischung aus kurz und langzeit dรผngern wie z.b. alfalfa pallets, rinderdung, bat guano, algen und fischmehle & einigen gesteinsmehlen.. auรŸerdem wird regelmรครŸig mit bokashi saft und verschiedenen selbstgemachten fermenten & EM angefeuert :) AuรŸerdem befinden sich ca 2-300 kompostwรผrmer, springschwรคnze und weiรŸe und andere asseln & einige raubmilben & nematoden & volles paket halt :D Es ist erst der zweite durchgang in dem neuen beet also spielt es sich erst noch so richtig ein. Aktuelle temperatur: 24,5 grad Aktuelle feuchtigkeit: 75% VPD: 0,75

Day 66 day 21 of flower. Front right is do sweet dos. Lights 12/12/ par 900/ co2 500 ppm/ temp 22-27 night 19-21/ organic soil/ technaflora nute/ water ppm 1400 ph 6.5/ 4L per plant Week three of flower is done power went out so I kept the light cycle going with a flashlight lol. This strain was described as little potent popcorn nugs and thatโ€™s exactly what they look like. Also included a video of my setup! Looks like there gonna be juicy

Two plants are on the 29th day of flowering and the other two are on the 22nd. I started giving pk 13/14 to plants that entered their 5th week.

Ended up pulling about 65 grams from Top Gun2, another 55 from the Top Gun1 I harvested earlier, fun grow, I was lazy with this diary as I was more excited for gorilla cookies, Iโ€™ll try to keep to one diary from now.

Seconda settimana di veg...la runtz che รจ nata prima dell'altra sta mutando in modo strano. Non avevo mai visto spostarsi il centro apicale..sembra che si รจ piegata e l'apicale sta crescendo come sรฉ fosse un ramo laterale ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿ’ช
