The trichomes, those tiny crystal sentinels, stand guard over buds that have matured into a sight to behold. From the early days of nurturing to the defiant stretch of vegetation, she embraced the scorching sun and danced under the grow lights. The art of defoliation sculpted her canopy, and the scrog net became a stage for her floral performance. As she enters the final act, the trichomes, like miniature crystal cities from heaven, sparkle with the promise of potent delights. I cut another part of the girls, and the total is even greater than the first part! We wait another week for the final sums, but right now the flavor is unique.

It's been an interesting week. I had to ask for help with resolving the intense smell coming from my garden... I can smell it from my driveway at this point.. I was advised that I probably turned my fan up way too high, which overloads the carbon filter on the end of my exhaust. I ordered another new one.. turned it down.. and I also had to cut down the cheese auto... all her trichomes were cloudy bit I definatly could have left her for another week... just couldn't handle the smell lol. Ask for help and you shall receive, thanks Growdiaries. And thank you Oozlefinch for the solid advise.. ✌️ I bought a rosin press this week and it's awesome.. she will be used for this grow as soon as things are ready. I cut out my backyard to plan for round #3 for all these plants.. plus a whole lot more! Process/ Environment changes: -Turned down my exhaust fan.. the carbon filter can't keep up with the amount of air being pushed through it.. in the water industry we would call this 'short circuiting'.... The Gorilla cookies is growing well. It's a tall plant with long nugs ( I hope the full out a lot more). I would recommend supporting the branches at this point in the grow. There's a slight smell coming off her and trichome production was late to start compared to most the other plants I have... I suspect she will go past 90 days unfortunately, but I'm excited to see what the finished product looks like. Hitting her with compost teas at a pH of around 6.7 That's it.. I'm on auto pilot at this point.. there's not much I can do except sit back and wait. Thank you Fastbuds

Week 2 (08.29.2021 - 09.04.2021) Nothing much to report this week. The ladies are looking fantastic. The canopy is from wall-to-wall. The stretch seems to have slowed down quite a bit. However, I've raised my light up as high as it will go with the rope ratchets. If the canopy gets much closer to the light fixture I'm going to have to figure out a way to create some distance. Tying down some branches at this point would be a real pain in the ass, so I'm trying to avoid that. Another week of filing out and piling on crystal, absolutely love this strain . I smoked a bit of it already and it’s so sweet , heavy on the cookie and then bang a citrus burst to finish. Maybe another 2 weeks and I’ll be in orange cookies heaven . It’s gonna be a bumper harvest those buds are so dense and long really got that orange dream structure and the taste of that classic cookie . Really special strain this one highly recommended.

Zudem hat sich die Orange Sherbet sehr gut mit dem Backhefe-Buttermilch-Melasse-Experiment entwickelt, was zu einem starken CO2-Anstieg auf bis zu 1500 ppm geführt hat. 💨 Ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in der neuen Umgebung entwickeln wird. Auf der anderen Seite explodieren die Frozen Black Cherries förmlich in der Hydroponik! 🌱 Die Entwicklung ist beeindruckend, und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein mit ihrem Fortschritt. Additionally, the Orange Sherbet has responded well to the back yeast-buttermilk-molasses experiment, resulting in a significant CO2 increase of up to 1500 ppm. 💨 I'm excited to see how she adapts to her new environment.
