So it is officially Day 28, start of week 4. This girl has been EXTREMELY STINKY since her 2nd set of leaves, a trait I have learned will generally yield some GASSY and DANK flower. I decided to remove all the fan leaves but the last 2 all the way at the top. The goal is to have all the internodes turn into multiple branches that can be clipped and cloned. No issues so far. Will keep everyone posted. I also applied some LST clips to the lower internode offshoots.

The Black Devil's OG is trucking along without issue, while the Northern light is a tad on the droopy side at night and is likely expecting earlier night hours. I will likely adjust my light schedule to reduce the stress. The videos posted came out pretty well, considering they came out of a cell phone camera. 400x ends up being really blurry as the phone can't focus properly to compensate, but you can still see all the bacteria dancing around. Some nematodes and ciliates there too.

Day 49 and 50. With 28 to 42 days left(anticipating)went ahead and gave the girls some bloom nutrients. Decided to go with the pk13/14 from canna at 1 tsp per gallon. Each plant received 2 gallons and will repeat for the next two waterings. Decided against a top dressing as I amended the soil heavily at the start and would like to use up what’s in the soil already. To say the girls have grown up during summer camp is an understatement! Miss Harvey is an astonishing 44 inches tall and still growing. Ms. Fizz and the 91Grapes are both a very respectable 38 inches tall and still growing. Once these girls got their roots settled in it was off to the races and none of the are showing any interest in slowing down, I just think they will shift into flower overdrive! Or at least that’s my desire. update, bad news something chewed seven branches off my plants last night. pissed off. will include pictures later I love growing autoflowers. Their simple tenacity and vigor, their ability to flower at will and finish inside of three months is what keeps me coming back for more. Thank you Daz for some amazing plants.

This week, I decided to take her structure to the next level by topping a few branches, and let me tell you—she’s loving it. 🌿 The growth is vigorous, and she’s shaping up beautifully to maximize her potential for flowering. Let’s dive into what went down this week and why it’s all so important for her journey. Branch Topping: Building a Strong Framework After recovering beautifully from her initial topping at node 7, it was time to refine her structure further by topping a few branches. For each branch, I left two nodes to ensure strong, healthy growth while encouraging a bushier canopy. Why Top Branches? Topping isn’t just for the main stem—it’s an essential technique for creating an even canopy and increasing yield potential: 1. Encourages Lateral Growth: By removing the top of a branch, the plant redirects its energy into the remaining nodes, encouraging side shoots to grow and fill out. 2. Maximizes Light Penetration: A bushier plant with more branches ensures that all parts of the plant get access to light, reducing shading and improving photosynthesis. 3. Improves Structure: A strong, evenly distributed framework sets the stage for a healthier plant that can support larger buds during flowering. The decision to leave two nodes per topped branch ensures a balance between promoting growth and avoiding unnecessary stress. Tent Conditions: Consistency is Key The room conditions this week have remained steady and perfect for her vegetative stage: • Temperature: Around 18°C—cool but manageable, keeping her growth steady. • Humidity: At 60%, maintaining just the right level to support her root zone and foliage. • Lighting: The Future of Grow (FOG) LED at 200 PPFD continues to provide optimal light for compact, strong growth. i will dim it up soon! These consistent conditions give her the environment she needs to recover quickly from topping and focus on building her structure. Nutrient Routine: Trusting the Pellets This week, I’ve continued with the Aptus Holland All-in-One Pellets as the primary nutrient source. The double grape is coming around. But the freebie gelato is spreading out nicely. Dealing with tent temp raising a bit I’ve been constantly monitoring and enjoying the day by day changes.

Leaf scaring getting worse but seems to have stopped progressing. Buds look amazing and can't complain about tricome production.

Ich habe ein neues Licht in mein Zelt gehängt, und meine Pflanze wächst gut. Im Vergleich zu den anderen im Zelt streckt sie sich nicht so sehr. Ich erwarte bald die ersten Blütenstempel und freue mich schon sehr darauf

UPDATE: Day 1 of week 14- Thursday 19th Nov!!!! Woop woop! We’re getting close, my magnifying lense arrived and I’ve got my first real good look at the trichomes.. All looking fairly cloudy with about 10-15% ambers coming through. So as we’re super close now I’ve now started flushing. Not doing a run off as have been using Biobizz soil & Nutes. First flush is done and girls are looking happy. One lady seems to have really heavy colas as she’s struggling to stand up straight. So I’ve staked her to keep her more upright. Think she may bring the best yield of all four girls as it stands so far. Final couple of weeks now, I can’t believe I’ve made it this far and really can’t wait to try my first home grown bud🍃 UPDATE: Day 2 of week 14 - Friday 20th Nov: Had to water them early as the girls were very dry after their first flush.. I on average water them every 48 hrs, but they were ready after 36. Already noticing some slight discolouration on the leaves 🍁... Glad I didn’t jump the gun and chop them this week after seeing some amber trichomes.. A bit more LST as they had stretched a little. I’m short on lamp to plant distance but noticed what looked like a little leaf burn on one of the tallest nugs. So did what I could to bring the height of them down just a little 👌 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 14 - Sun 22nd Nov: As soon as the lights went on today, more water seemed required at around 36hrs since the last flush. The girls seem to be loving it! Buds do seem to be fattening up a little more each day and I think one girl is slight more ahead than the others as she has mostly orange pistils compared to the other three.. Still need to see more amber trichomes on all four ladies before they’re ready! UPDATE: Day 5 of week 14 - Monday 23rd Nov: Small amount of LST to keep the girls as even as poss.. Defo seeing some discolouration in the fan leaves now.. All but one of the four girls have nearly completely orange pistils now which are folding back in to the buds. But Trichomes need to be a little more amber before they’re ready.. The fourth lady however is slightly behind with less orange pistils, some white ones still to turn orange and trichomes are still a mix of milky and clear on the lower buds. When I topped this one it didn’t work as well as the others so she has one really massive cola and all the others are much smaller in comparison to the other three plants.. I think we’ve got a week to 10 days left roughly till harvest. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 14 - Tuesday 24th Nov: Another water flush again today.. All seems well, lower small buds still need a few more amber trichomes I think.. But gonna post a question on here to make sure.. Don’t wanna get this wrong. Sooooooo close now and I’ll be seeing 🤩🤩🤩
