Week 11: Final Countdown Light Mold Issues: Despite careful management, I encountered some light mold issues on both plants. Fortunately, I discovered the mold spots early and was able to remove them without significant losses. This underscores the importance of vigilance during these final weeks. Tangie: Tangie’s buds continue to swell and mature beautifully. The aroma of fresh orange peels is more pronounced, and the smell is fantastic. While not as frosty with resin as Gorilla Cookies, Tangie makes up for it with her delightful scent. Currently, about 20% of the trichomes are still clear, with the rest turning cloudy. I'm aiming for all cloudy and very few amber trichomes to achieve an uplifting effect. Tangie will receive one more feeding with Finalpart before starting the flushing process. Gorilla Cookies: For Gorilla Cookies, I plan to feed her with Finalpart only one more time, and then it’s flushing time. The trichomes are mostly cloudy, with no amber trichomes yet. Unlike Tangie, Gorilla Cookies is covered in resin, with a strong skunky aroma that intensifies daily. Pest Management and Plant Health: The sticky traps have been effective in keeping thrips at bay, and there have been no new issues with aphids. Overall, both plants appear healthy and vibrant, showing no signs of stress as they approach harvest. Environmental Conditions: The weather remains hot but humid. While the plants are receiving less light on the balcony compared to the garden, this hasn’t significantly affected the ripening process. Having them on the balcony makes it much easier to monitor them daily, reducing the risk of mildew and significant losses. Final Thoughts: As harvest time approaches, I'm excited for the final results. Everything is prepared for harvest, and the weather will stay perfect for the last few days. I plan to give the plants as much time as needed to reach their full potential. Update 08.08 During my morning inspection, I found mildew on both plants. For the Gorilla Cookies, I had to remove some larger mold spots inside the buds. I carefully disassembled parts of the plant to ensure I didn’t miss any mold and ultimately decided to harvest it. Although I couldn’t let it fully ripen as planned, the trichomes were about 90% cloudy and 10% clear. That most be good enough. For Tangie, the compact and bushy growth led to some mold issues. I took the largest colas off and gave them a thorough inspection to make sure no mold was left behind. So far, I've harvested about 70% of the plant. Since most of the pistils on the remaining parts are still white, I'm giving them a bit more time to mature. I'll keep feeding with Finalpart at a slightly lower dosage and see if we can squeeze out a bit more potential from these final buds! Update 12.08: Final Countdown We’re almost there! Most of the trichomes are now cloudy, with a few amber ones starting to show up on the top buds—signaling that she’s nearly ready for harvest. Today, I gave her the final dose of Finalpart. I’m convinced that Finalpart has made a significant impact, boosting resin production and speeding up the ripening process. The buds are looking absolutely fantastic. Once the coco dries out, I’ll give her a thorough flush to eliminate any remaining minerals from the grow medium. I’m optimistic that this will further enhance the aroma and flavor, making the final product even more exceptional. Things are progressing very well! She grew ANOTHER 14cm this week. Now 57cm tall. I would like to grow this strain again in a bigger pot. I think she'd make a fab big plant.

1/8/24- Beg of week - hairs are beginning to turn red, trichomes are mostly all clear or white. I think at least one more week. Cleaned the bucket and trimmed some.

Day 21 Flowering: Howdy Fellow growers. All has been good in the grow this week. The three Flowering ladies have been showing off this week with their flowering prowess. I did a little defoliation early in the week and I think the six shooter needed it more than the others. She is fairly small in comparison to the other 2 and hasn't been half as stretchy. I left her natural due to her size difference whichbi am glad I did now to keep her in the canopy with a chance. Strawberry Pie has been very stretchy and is now a great size for rhe flowering cycle. He runs are stacking up slowly which is a good sign this early that they should form long thick colas instead of spaced out clumps of buds. Mexican Airline is by far the leader for both size and bud stacking. She leads in the 6 plants germinated at rhe same time and I can already see how well she has done . She has a really open, large airy structure which will help as the hips thicken up. No smell yet from them but this is still very early days. These will be the final harvest of a perpetual Auto run that I have done to see if the same amount of time using Photoperiods will achieve the same total yield. I think these ladies will certainly set the bar high in the yield score. Feeding really well about every 3 days and no real signs of any deficiency. Happy days Growmies. be well.

Welcome to week 7 of flower for this lovely project. Things are moving along and hopefully we will be looking to start flushing soon so we can harvest these beautiful flowers around day 70. I'm very pleased so far with the way things are going for this run looks like I'll be pulling in some big numbers when it's all said and done! Day#49F Macmelonz and Banana Smoothie #1 are still going strong putting on mass daily these ladies will be closer to 80 day finish I willing to be. Recap: Things are going good , with some plants showing signs of slowing down on mass its time to start checking trichomes to see if we can begin the flush period. I will be looking at the trichomes in the next couple of days to see where things are at on an overall level. The more time passes the more excited I am for the race to the finish line!

QUESTION TO EVERYONE READING THIS: My tap water is pH 8.3 (yes I know right ?!) Adding the BioBizz nutes brings it down to pH 6.2 - 6.4 depending on the amount which is great. Now, I dont really care about runoff pH that much, doesnt tell me a lot imo but I measured it twice, last time it was 6.8 this time it was 7.1. Is there anything to worry about or is that just irrelevant? Thank you guys :) Day 48: Watered the Liberty Haze with 750ml Water and 2.8ml / l BioGrow, 2.8ml / l BioBloom, 0.7ml / l TopMax which is the equivalent biobizz week 7 feeding schedule with 70% strength on BioGrow & TopMax and 90% strength on the Bloom. Therefore, dont mind the leaves hanging down, I just watered before taking pictures. Also tied down one or two branches a bit more to make the side branching even again. I dont really realize how much the plant actually stretches, the Liberty Haze seems to start budding already while the G13 Haze is still a bit behind. Day 45: I really wanted to try serious and "professional" training methods. Defoliation was obviously needed, I couldnt even see what was going on below the plant. Removed all leaves except on the top 2-3 nodes of each branch. Then I did some heavy LST to move the side branches to the outside for filling up space. I hope the center will grow some branches at some point. Unfortunately, I couldnt supercrop the main branch like I did with the G13 Haze because the stem is weakened due to the partial break. It looks a bit fouly (the break wound itself) but at the same time it looks like the plant just "abandoned" the damaged tissue and continued growing using the remaining part of the stem diameter. Sounds really weird, but it definitely makes sense considering that the plant didnt even stop growing at all. ~Watered 650ml today, too Day 44: Everything seems to go well. Apart from the snap though LOL. But seriously, it doesnt seem to have affected the plant at all :D I did some LST and was very careful ! The Liberty Haze seems to be a bit stiffer than the G13 Haze so I was extra careful which was a good choice. I decided not to train the main branch anymore at all, just the side branches to keep them even. Lets see :) Also the Liberty Haze is quite smelly for not having buds yet. If it was just the G13, it wouldnt smell AT ALL and I wouldnt even have to use my carbon filter !!!

❄️Après 53 jours de floraison j'ai récolté 2 plantes de kong's krush qui m'ont donné 41 grammes de bourgeons sec et manucurées. ❄️Je pense que j'aurais pu ajouter + de nutriment dans mon sol et arrosé plus fréquemment pour avoir un plus gros butin, c'est prévu pour la prochaine culture ! ❄️Je commence à gouter mes bourgeons qui sont encore en train de curer depuis 5 semaines. ❄️Chaque variétés ont des saveur particulière et j'ai toujours ça trouvé assez complexe de les décrire. En tout cas La saveur de la kong's krush est vraiment inédite pour moi et vraiment plaisante. Just started lst training on the 5th node she is growing very well I don’t really have a time frame for when I water her or any of my plants tbh I just check soil by sticking finger in and the weight of the pot watered her 4 days ago she is good for now well yall have a great day gromies.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day.
