FastBuds White Widow auto 4th week of flowering completed 11th jan 2020 Well this plant is still the smelliest of all the testers Ive been growing it Reeks!! but in a good way 😝 Nothing else to report all my girls seem to be very content in their environment at the moment and are getting closer to the end every day . I'm supposed to be going away on leave next mont for 2-3 weeks and I'm hoping all of my flowering plants will be ready by then 😏

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. ladies and gentelmans I think we have overcome the stress of the cold nigths and, I think I also have the stress produced by the H2O in the flower pot. Last week was stopping all (I think the roots are with a problem) but with the help of the microrizes we go for the good way,😜. but 2 days ago she wakeup with good energy She show me that don't need wattering, yet ( i don't undertand, becouse the land is dry😳

Hi people 🤗 A lot has happened this week 😄 The 3 Blue Cheese and 2 Kosher Tangie Kush which have been in the flowering tent for 1 week have become very bushy 👍 Unfortunately I just noticed that I completely forgot to take pictures of the Blue Cheese Phenotype # 3 🤦‍♂️🏻 The picture will be given later. The rest of the Vegi tent is also progressing very well. They are repotted in 11 liter pots this week, and then come to the flowering chamber die the following week The next week there will be new pictures, until then I wish everyone a nice start into the new week 🙏🏻💪🏻 Let it grow 🍀🌱

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Sundae Driver, she smells amazing, just kidding. I am feeding her with a syringe just plain water every 2-3 days and just lightly around the edge of the solo cup. I then go by weight of the cup to avoid over feeding. I will hopefully transplant to a solo cup in 7-10 days if all goes well. This is my first run with Royal Queen Seeds Genetics but I have smoked the hell out of some sundae driver genetics in the past and they were some of the best tasting nugs you could ever ask for. I plan to build a mainline and flip to 12/12 as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. 06/06 - As we get closer to harvest the prep work will begin by the end of this coming week - I will give them 1 maybe 2 more nutrient feeds then switch to clean water with Carbo flush to remove the salt build up in the clones - I have dropped the light intensity to about 25% to allow for the trichomes and terps to set under ideally conditions. They will also get the bigger leaves defoliated little by little as we approach harvest.. 😎😎😎😎 06/07 - The babies are coming along perfectly without any issues - Since increasing the Cane Molasse dosage for their feeds trichome development has increased tremendously - Dropped the light intensity by 25% - maintaining low temps and average humidity through out harvest - She will receive 1 maybe 2 more nute feeds before flushing with clean water - The cold water treatment seems to be working with positive results in terps and trichomes. 06/10 - As we near harvest I will only be applying one maybe 2 more nute feeds and that will be it - Clean water feeds after that for about a week then chopping down - The last 2 feeds will consist of heavy silica for nutrient absorption and Cane molasses for terp setting and trichome build up - currently the nuggs are dense and rich in resin - I will be trimming in 3 stages ( 1 wet trim prior to cut down and 2 after harvest both dry ). Im Zelt läuft das Klima weiterhin ruhig und stabil und die VPD-Werte bewegen sich konstant im grünen Bereich. Insgesamt also sehr ähnliche Bedingungen wie in der letzten Woche. 🌱 Pflanzenstatus Die Ziellinie kommt langsam in Sicht, auch wenn noch ein kleines Stück Strecke vor uns liegt. Die beiden Pflanzen zeigen inzwischen deutlich unterschiedliche Reifestadien. Die Triangle Sherbet Kush wirkt schon ziemlich weit: kaum noch neue weiße Härchen, stark angeschwollene Buds und insgesamt deutlich mehr Harzproduktion. Die White Gushers 33 arbeitet dagegen weiter an neuen Blüten. Besonders an den Tops sind noch frische Pistillen zu sehen und die Buds legen weiter an Masse zu. Interessant ist auch die Entwicklung innerhalb der Pflanze: Die drei höchsten und kräftigsten Triebe foxtailen leicht, während einige der tieferen Seitentriebe bereits weiter wirken und teilweise deutlich weniger weiße Härchen zeigen. 🌼 Blütenentwicklung / Reife Bei der Triangle Sherbet Kush zeigen sich inzwischen klare Reifezeichen. Unter dem Mikroskop sind bereits die ersten bernsteinfarbenen Trichome zu erkennen 🔬. Außerdem stehen einige Blätter bereits kanuartig nach oben, und die Pflanze beginnt sichtbar, Nährstoffe und Farbe aus den Blättern in die Blüten zu ziehen. Die White Gushers 33 verfärbt sich ebenfalls zunehmend, wirkt aber insgesamt noch etwas später im Reifeprozess. Hier sind die Trichome überwiegend milchig, teilweise noch nicht ganz trüb. 👃 Aroma Beim Öffnen des Zeltes entwickelt sich inzwischen eine schöne würzig-fruchtige Gesamtmelange. Die Triangle Sherbet Kush bringt zunächst klar die würzige Kush-Komponente mit. Wenn man die Buds leicht berührt, kommt aber deutlich die bananige Note 🍌 aus der Sherbet-Abstammung durch – also ebenfalls fruchtig, aber eher cremig-bananig als süß. Die White Gushers 33 geht aromatisch eher in eine gasigere Richtung ⛽, mit etwas Funk und Frucht darunter. Also keine Candy-Süße, sondern eher ein Mix aus Gas, leichter Frucht und einem kleinen funky Twist. 📊 Fazit Aktuell zeigt sich immer deutlicher, wie unterschiedlich sich die beiden Genetiken in der Endphase entwickeln. Die Triangle Sherbet Kush wirkt klar weiter und reifer, während die White Gushers 33 oben noch weiter Blüten nachschiebt, in den tieferen Bereichen aber teilweise schon erstaunlich weit ist. 🔭 Ausblick Rein vom Eindruck her könnte die Triangle Sherbet Kush bald fallen, während die White Gushers 33 vermutlich noch etwas mehr Zeit gebrauchen kann. Da eine Teilernte hier nicht ganz unkompliziert wäre, bekommen beide vorerst noch etwas Zeit. Mich würde aber interessieren, wie ihr das handhaben würdet: Würdet ihr in so einer Situation schon separat die Kush ernten oder beide Pflanzen noch zusammen stehen lassen? Und wie macht ihr das generell in der letzten Phase vor der Ernte – gebt ihr euren Pflanzen noch eine Trockenphase 🌵 oder Dunkelphase 🌑, oder lasst ihr alles einfach normal weiterlaufen? Auch spannend: Zu welcher Tageszeit erntet ihr am liebsten? ⏰ Bis nächste Woche – bleibt sauber und gesund! 🌿 🌸 Flower Day 59 / 📅 Day 119 Overall 🌡️ Climate Outside you can clearly feel that spring has arrived. Inside the tent the climate remains calm and stable and the VPD values stay consistently in the optimal range. Overall the conditions are very similar to last week. 🌱 Plant Status The finish line is slowly coming into view, even though there is still a little bit of track left. The two plants now clearly show different stages of maturity. The Triangle Sherbet Kush already looks quite far along: almost no new white pistils, heavily swollen buds and overall a lot more resin production. The White Gushers 33 on the other hand is still working on producing new flowers. Especially on the tops fresh pistils are still appearing and the buds continue to gain mass. An interesting observation inside the plant structure: The three tallest and strongest tops are slightly foxtailing, while some of the lower side branches actually seem further along and already show far fewer white pistils. 🌼 Flower Development / Ripeness The Triangle Sherbet Kush already shows clear signs of maturity. Under the microscope the first amber trichomes can already be spotted 🔬. Some leaves are also starting to canoe upwards, and the plant visibly begins to pull nutrients and color from the leaves into the buds. The White Gushers 33 is also starting to fade, but overall it still seems slightly behind in the ripening process. Here the trichomes are mostly milky, with a few still not fully cloudy yet. 👃 Aroma When opening the tent a nice spicy–fruity blend fills the air. The Triangle Sherbet Kush first presents a spicy kush profile, but when the buds are lightly touched a distinct banana note 🍌 from the Sherbet lineage becomes noticeable — fruity as well, but more creamy banana-like than sweet. The White Gushers 33 goes into a different direction aromatically. It leans more toward a gassy profile ⛽, with some funk and fruit underneath. So not candy sweet, but more a mix of gas, light fruit and a slight funky twist. 📊 Summary At this point it becomes increasingly clear how differently the two genetics behave in the final phase. The Triangle Sherbet Kush clearly appears more mature already, while the White Gushers 33 is still pushing new flowers on the tops, even though some lower parts already look surprisingly advanced. 🔭 Outlook From the current impression the Triangle Sherbet Kush might be ready quite soon, while the White Gushers 33 could probably use a bit more time. Since doing a partial harvest here would not be the easiest option, both plants will likely stay a little longer for now. I’d be curious how you guys would handle this situation: Would you already harvest the Kush separately, or leave both plants a bit longer and harvest them together? Also interested to hear how you approach the final phase before harvest. Do you give your plants a dry period 🌵 or a dark period 🌑, or do you simply let everything run normally until harvest? Que pasa familia, ya estamos aquí para actualizar la 3 semana de floración y es que la vaina se pone interesante, están cogiendo unos tonos. No os e comentado creo pero hasta ahora hay 2 armarios, uno con 100w y otro con 150w en el de 100w hay 4 red cookies gelato en 7L.y en el de 150w hay 5 ejemplares de red cookies gelato en 15L de maceta. El cual en donde practique el crooping fue en el de 150w , que veréis todos los céntrales partidos . Hasta ahora alimentado total con bases de advanced nutrients más big bud y bud candy. E tenido algún problemita en la sala con las humedades que pronto estará solucionado aunque no fue mucho hay que decirlo todo. ( máximas en interior de 70 % en pico alto…) eso está mal así que la solución es un deshumidificador potente y a seguir. Hasta aquí todo espero que disfrutéis con los diarios y buenos humos 💨💨💨

She’s going strong ! I mean look at her go . This is going to be a wonderful yield with many top buds and surprisingly big popcorn buds.its now time to flush those nutes with good old plain ph water. Im checking the trichomes regularly and at different spots to determine when they are 80/20 milky then i will start the 48h of darkness before harvest to stop the degradation of thc and squeeze the most out of the resin glands. The smell is truly amazing, blue dream is by far my favourites everyday strain so seeing those buds just make me want to wrap the whole thing and light it up but patience is the key ! Drying and curing your buds properly Is the hardest and most crucial part

My plant looks quite large already, I liked how it developed. I cut off the lower small branches for him, which are of no interest and only take energy. As a result, I got 21 branches, it will be very cool if each branch has 10-15g of the finished product 😍😍😍. Thanks to all my friends for the positive comments, I enjoy reading and responding to them. I have not been able to post for a week because I broke my tent and had to order new one. The plants sat in the dark for a week as a result. Now they have been back in my new tent for 5 days. I started today with growth nutrients with an ec of 0.7 and PH 6.2 and in a few days I will top the plants.
