Week 8: This girl is a real monster!!! The purple tint now with the shimmery trichs make her the gem of the tent. My eyes rest on her often. The smells are a very sweet grapey kinda chem or gas smell. So good! It is very strong. Bump her and you stink. Supposed to go 11 weeks, but I guess we'll see :) Her super vigor makes her hungry. I could have fertilized more.

Day 36 and I just top dressed with Gaia Green lastnight. I went with 50/50 purpose and bloom at 1bspn in a 3 gallon so that’s 1.5tbspns of each. All watered in with Recharge. They have doubled in size over the past few weeks. Looking good.

Unfortunately I lost some of my timelapse footage and the harvest shots of the plants hanging, so I only have the week 10 pictures left.📸 Still, this run with Ztrawberriez Auto was smooth and very enjoyable.🌿💚 All three plants finished in about 11 weeks from seed to harvest. The aroma and taste came out pretty much the same across the whole run, sweet, fruity with that little pink pepper twist, a really unique profile.🍓 #1 was the biggest and most compact of the three, with very dense, stacked flowers.💪🔥 #2 and #3 produced slightly fluffier buds, but still frosty, aromatic and with great bag appeal.🌸 I gave them all 48 hours of darkness before chop, then trimmed and hung them up. After 9 full days of drying they were ready for trimming and went into jars for curing. The final result: beautiful, resinous flowers, consistent in flavor, with some variation in bud structure but overall great quality 😍. Even without the missing footage, this run left me more than happy 🌟🌿

Like most beginners I am very impatient. Therefore the following question can I be satisfied with growth so far ? I haven't used any fertiliser so far because I put pre-fertilised soil in the pot when I repotted it. It hasn't received much water yet either, I drowned a plant before, so I have become cautious. I'm starting to think about training her, because I'm very limited in height. 5.5. 80ml 7.5. 100ml 11.5. 240m

07/10: Starting to flowering little by litte, both seems to be slower than the no name cheese seed. No problem of mites in those one, starting to have a slight smell of citrus, yum !

First Week of flowering Week without too much hassle. A small excess of fertilizer but nothing serious. Uniform color. High water consumption (10L every 2 days), you can feel that they are in good shape. Semaine sans trop d'encombre. Un petit excès de fertilisant mais rien de grave. Couleur uniforme. Grosse consommation en eau (10L tous les 2 jours), on sent qu'elles sont en forme. Una semana sin demasiados problemas. Un poco de exceso de fertilizante pero nada serio. Color uniforme. El alto consumo de agua (10L cada 2 días), se puede sentir que están en buena forma.

The new developing growth is green so everything seems to be going well. I’m gonna give it another week and then I’ll defoliate. So far so good. having a little trouble reversing the wrath rock, candy icy cuts. but I’m not worried. I have backups of the mothers and I have backups of those backups so I’ll definitely still be able to take another shot after seeing the results from this grow ….

Day 49 flower- Discovered loads of adult fungus gnats around the sour kosher#1.. thinking that’s why it’s been showing signs of stress and some yellowing and curling on fan leaves around the top colas. Put down a bunch of sticky traps and going to let them dry out for now. Smell is so strong from the blue gelato 41, gassy cake smell. The sour kosher #2 looks and smells incredible, has been healthy and green this whole grow with great bud formation/production! I’d love to keep this pheno but can I take a cutting late flower? Or maybe I’ll just re veg it. 24k#1 is still massively behind on bud development, coming like a true sativa. I may well end up having to harvest this one later than all the rest. Still having problems with the 24k#2 top fan leaves turning very yellow and crispy.. but the bud production actually looks really good and frosty. Only 3 weeks to go so I’m sure it will make it, lots of green leaves still left lower on the plant. Trying to keep the dog out my room but there is still husky hairs throughout the whole grow 🙄 unstoppable. Can’t wait to get these drying and taste the final product!

In week 10 I have some plants, which have grown taller than the rest (canopy is appr. 80 cm high now). In order to not have to raise my lamp, I rather correct their height by 'supercropping' them. Supercropping is a technique developed by SOMA from SOMA_seeds and works VERY WELL. Instead of topping your plants (=cutting off the main stem) it is better to take the main stem between your fingers (appr. 15-20 cm form the top) and brake the fibers inside and then bend it downwords. This way the stem will stay intact and heal itself and you dont loose the main buds growing on it later. In the video above I show and explain how I supercrop a plant. The plants are now getting more and more into flowering and therefore I switch the dimmer on my SANlight EVO4-120 plants to 100% now (see in video above). The BIO NOVA nutrients are increased as well a little bit, so the plants can build big buds.

All the ladies bounced back from the little stress at the transition. They are all charging. On 9.11 I’ve increased the light from 600 to 660w. We will see tomorrow how they handle it.

Quebec Blast grew pretty well. Buds are rock hard and frosty. She is not known for large yields so I am very satisfied with my results I learned a lot during this run. Was first grow with photoperiod plants in DWC. I grew her underca Spider Farmer SE5000, in a New Level Hydro bucket. She came out great. Started to foxtailing at end. My room was getting too hot. I will be waiting to try it for sure. Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"

Last Vegetative Week, Healthy and defoliated

Both the girls are doing very well and are continuing to stretch. No problems at all from either one of the plants. They deff started sprouting there pistols and where Alaskan purple fell behind in veg, she is now ahead in the flowering stage. The bottom leaves shrivelled which I am aware this will happen during this stage so I cut them off and there is a little nutes burm on Alaskan purple so the next two feedings will be with distilled water with pH of 6.5.

And here we are! The end of week 7. And these girls are basically ready. I'm gonna wait a few more days but by Tuesday I predict that I'll pluck them. They are just perfect looking. Fat buds loaded with resin. The smell is interesting. A subtile sweet sugary smell. With a hint of fuel. Very hard to pin down and will be curious with how the final product turns out. I've been ramping up the UVB 310 over these weeks. Now it's been at 4 hours for the last few days. The girls don't seem to mind. Idk if it has had an effect or not at this moment but I plan on continuing it in the future. Watering every day or two. Not giving them as much now tho. Letting them dry out a little more. I use Botanicare products for part system along with Agri triple 19 food crop fertilizer that I use on edible crops and fruit trees

I made a few adjustments this week. I simply increased the girls' diet a bit with mineral supplements in addition to the organic soil nutrients. I increased the PK and added some NitCal and a little Mg to nourish the soil until the end of the flowering stage. I added some Bokashi to the surface of the soil along with Biostimulant for Flora, rich in amino acids, sugars, molasses, and more. I added a little BTi to ensure there were no gnat eggs left and Trichoderma to prevent any other unwanted soil fungus. They received two nutritious waterings during the week, possibly the last or second-to-last one. We'll see how they react throughout this journey. Despite everything, I'm still very happy with how everything is going.

BEST GROW YET! I'm so pleased with these baby girls! They are everything you could ask out of an auto! I'm really really happy with this round of plants! They are getting VERY stinky and sparkly! Installed my new flood to drain table so now hopefully this will be EVERY grow from here on out! SUPA PLANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
