buenas pues seguimos con la floracion donde van maravillosamente os hice videos para que lo viereis como evolucionas esta excelente marca todas van genial donde no da aun ningun sintoma pero ahora empieza los grandes problemas donde hay que controlar todo en general can comiendo muy bien pero ahora es cuando empieza lo bueno de verdad donde igual el minimo despiste te lleva al desastre espero que os guste buenos humos gente

In crisis control now there doing there thing the west coast had a few calmah issues but seems to of responded well they all smell amazing but the blue dream atm smells like sweet candy blueberry’s with a slight citrus if it tastes as good as it smell I can’t wait

Going to start a few grows to get a supply train going. Once I do these 4 seed, all I have to do is grow 2 plants at once and I will never have to buy again.

Hey guys into week 14. First week of flowering, plants are now showing signs of flowering! Haven't done much to the plant other than some light lst and watering with 80mL/5gal of molassas to water now. Nothing else much to report! See ya on the next update.

the weather still very hot but it is doing well. Terpene is very strong now. Very sweet and fruity, but have some wood in it. Amazing. Keep growing.

Start of the week - Registration for the Fast Buds pet contest. 👨🏽‍🌾 Cloudy weather this week. Plant is growing nice. What you think about my first grow outside? End of the week -Weather is getting better. I’m very happy whit her. My favorite plant at this time 😄 Starts der Woche - Anmeldung für den Haustier Wettbewerb. 👨🏽‍🌾 Bewölktes Wetter diese Woche. Pflanze wächst schön. Was denkt ihr über meinen ersten Grow draußen ? Ende der Woche -Wetter is besser geworden. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit ihr. Meine Lieblings Pflanze bis jetzt😄

Day 8 - I topped off each of the solo cups with a little more soil. Might just be my lighting but the leaves are looking kinda light in color to me. Other than that everything seems to be going well. Day 9 - Leaf color looks fine now, probably just the white balance in the photos. I picked up some free worm tea from my local hydro shop today and gave most of it to my outdoor garden (no cannabis) and a small portion to the ladies in the tent. It's looking like they're almost large enough to transplant but I still haven't set up my larger tent yet. Soon! Day 12 - Finished setting up my new tent and transplanted the ladies. Tent is 100x100x200cm and I now have 2 300w 2nd Gen Roleadro LEDs. Going to see if this Cellmax Rootbooster makes any difference in the transplant. I'd noticed the 3BOG was looking kinda droopy lately. It was also the only transplant that didn't go smoothly so hopefully it will make it through all this stress. Not sure what was causing the drooping originally though, all plants have been cared for the same until now. Day 14 - Noticing some light curling on the leaves. I'm thinking it's just the low humidity but I moved the lights up a few inches just to be safe. I haven't given them a full watering yet in the new 3 gallon pots so maybe the humidity will rise once they get some water. (Humidity up to 34% a few hours after watering)

10/9/24 more colors are showing. its mostly just purpley pink on the tips of the fan leaves but its spreading a bit and she should have a week or so left depending on how mold and everything happens 10/13 this may be the last week. weve got continous rain coming and theyre coming up on the final stretch. i want them to go 60+ days for more color but may chop 10/14 chopping the rest of her. shes got nice cloudy trichomes. taking the tops and gonna leave the bottoms to ripen. i may try to reveg her

Welcome to Garden of Green Cup 🏆 Flowering day 75 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. I’ve seen some amazing veg growth this week.These beautiful girls have been getting some LST all week and have developed lots of new colas.I have been watering around every 3-4 days plain water last two waterings so recharge will be added when the pots are dry.They have done extremely well taking in the Gaia green 4-4-4 and have huge fan leaves. Day 32 These girls are still showing lot of growth and I noticed the first sign of flower development with the Lemon cherry cookies.I top dressed with Gaia green 4-4-4 1 tbs and 3 tbs of Gaia green power bloom.Rubbed gently in the soil and watered with recharge tea.Spider farmer Se7000 dialed in at 50 percent and I leave it there for another week or so.I have not done any defoliation but they really need it as they are getting really bushy.

Que hay familia, yo aquí entre humos actualizo las misty gorilla auto, seamos sinceros, yo estoy algo decepcionado con el tamaño de la flor, no con el ejemplar ni la calidad solo la cantidad, y es que ahora pienso yo, las autos realmente merece la pena a sabiendo que si ciclo es parecido al de una feminizadas? 4 semanas crecimiento 8/9 floración? No no merecen la pena seamos realistas si queremos cultivar en interior lo mejor que podemos hacer es comprar semillas feminizadas y asegurar tu cultivo. Y dejar solo las autos para gente que no se puede permitir un indoor y tenga que cultivarlo en terraza y así cultivar todo el año . Ph regulado ya quite alimentación y limpie raíces, las e sacado a la terraza, desmontó Indoor me mudo y ampliamos zona de comfort. Hasta aquí es todo gente un saludo y muy buenos humos 💨💨💨

Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems.
