Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. [April 30th @ 3:30pm] Plant 1- (12.25in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (25.75in.) 4- (16.75in.) 5- (12in.) ______________________________________ The most current batch of nutrient mixes for was made this morning about (2am 4/29/20) for the 1st and second set of plants. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! Smells on this bud are amazing! Very piney with hints of berries 😋 Not the biggest harvest, but that was expected seeing as this plant was grown in a 1 gal pot. None the less, I am happy with the results 😁

Week four progressed well. She handles the LST like a champ and bounced back from the light defoliation that was necessary to reap the full benefits of her training. This is definitely a hardy strain. Not minding the 90F temps at all. Had to treat her with some light spinosad spray to do a bit of insect control. Won't be able to for much longer once she starts with budset. She smells already, a very deep and classic skunk scent and not a preflower to be seen. She's going to be a strong scented lady by week 8 or 9, I can tell already. Gave another dose of Fish Mix + Grow + Recharge for the week. She seems to love it. Not much else to report for now. Week 14 Day 101 Flower Day 51, she's just about there. Going to apply Terra Powers finisher later during the week. She still has a lot of mycelium left on top and throughout her, I really dialed in the enzymes on this grow. My charts aren't updated properly I'll finish it this week, and will be showing root shots and hopefully we will be seeing a covered pot in roots and not just compacted soil. There's been a lot of fungi and mycelium, that is partly down to Terry Power mixing well with organic soil, it works well as a great soil conditioner. But it takes a while, I constantly fed this girl enzymes. And man O man, look at them buds. The colas are huge in length, and that's down to poor mainline practices and uneven energy distribution. As for left and right been similar, well, put it this way, you'd struggle to actually make something that's more uneven energy wise than this, there's nodes growing over nodes, nothing is even, really terrible mainline it the way it's meant to be done, the purpose was totally ditched here and it was very lazy. And to be honest, unknowingly is an understatement. And the fact I had such failures on my 2nd round with germination, I got to focusing the last few weeks, and pult it all back together and I've hit l got 2 pretty darn good looking phenos, (with no clones taken, another rookie mistake, if you find a pheno you should always have a clone tent and a few weeks into flowering if it's no good or hermies than ditch them, but if you get one like my SLH dwc with very low leaf to calyx ratio if you just have 1-2 clones, you are golden. So currently I have 5 different photos running and I'm pheno hunting. Anyways back to this grow. So, she's nice and fat, but nothing you'd really want to clone, there's nothing special about it. Medium-calyx ratio and good frosty bud. I'm happy with it. Thankfully I'm running a few of the New Green House Unreleased Strains for testing also for barneys so I think photos have stolen my attention. Keeping the RH between 40-45 temp is more stable atm at 28c not really getting low temperature as we are in the height of summer. But I don't care, I have the winter coming to do terpness. I've got 1 SLH left, I just hope she's a good pheno. The buds on this are monsters, and really happy with them. Lots of mycelium left so there's food left and then later in the week I'll apply the finsher. Just a low dose. D103 Sadly my mycelium got hit with some mold. Only 2 small spots, 90% most of the mycelium went through the norm, it degraded as organic matter and made for some heavy buds, she is struggling to hold herself up altogether now, am going to have to brace her to get the best out of the last 10days. She is done, but because of ALL the heavy minerals, that aren't organic, it has HAS to be flushed. Now I was on the ropes the last few weeks about flushing but I've been flushing both my SLH for the last 4 days and when you walk into my tent now, wow, the bang of 🍋 is so strong. I'm so glad I flushed these, As I was like, this is a multiple award winner, so I was like, its not from the smell of the bud as it stands but wow, its like she's at to been doing a 10k run and is sweating, the smell is so beautiful. Wow, wow, wow. I haven't been this excited to try some weed, ever. About the mold, its never a good thing. But as it started on actually fungus I'm not too worried about it. Now, if it had of just been there, I'd be like shit wtf, so I dug through some soil and scraped away the 2 bits of mold, DISCARDED, and mixed up the remaining mycelium into the soil with the spoon I use to mix my soil on top to help dry a little if over watered. Hello folks Havest Day 53 of flowering ( Life cycle 93 days ) Drying with 59% RH--17/18°C since about 10 Days it's the start for curing. Overall everything went well I learned a lot, and I must be close to 0.7 G / W which is good in my opinion. 6 Plant was way too much with 40 days of growth and my little square meter , next time 4 max! I would also reduce the doses of fertilizer because Canna remains strong enough Now it's time to invest and improve some things !!! The leaves... the leaves ... they just keep coming... yeah lots of leaves tough trim From Week 11 - pics found there *****RIPLEY HARVEST DAY !!!!! ***** Pics up top Wet weight - 1,140 grams 40.7 Ounces Just looking at it we be lucky to only lose 75% in dry but still not bad! Not a pleasant job trimming - LOTS of leaves UPDATE 261 grams dry, yeah took a beating on the dry but expected it. Tara 2083 grams wet Few pics of the roots while waiting for dry to finish, tomorrow maybe, like what I am seeing in these pots. Explains the yield somewhat 2/28 Dry complete Dry weights Tara - 460 grams Ripley - 261 grams Total - 721 grams For a sativa both plants gave surprisingly dense buds, even Tara's were nicely packed. Wow Just Wow

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. Primera experiencia de scrog y no estoy muy satisfecho. Las plantas han tenido un estres y han madurado más rápido de lo normal. El resultado son cogollos pequeños. La calidad parece igual. Supongo que ha tocar demasiado las ramas para controlarla con la red es la origen del estres. Era un experimento de defoliación. Lo he hecho en varias plantas para comparar. Es un desastre, vale mejor no tocar las hojas salvo en ciertos casos.

She is loaded right now very heavy and potent yielding plant oh yeah thanks 420 fastbuds I will be getting more of your seeds you rock Guys im so happy I boughy fastbuds seeds It was great to see this second seed pop an amazing grapefruit we did fiming and she eneded up with many colas and many flowers plus super frosty and smelly Also turned purple all buds which to us was a surprise and did not expect that Since last grapefruit was different than this Thanks a lot for all your support Imagine if we had a full spectrum light I think we would be growing trees Honestly we have more than we expected COMING from an Indoor thats nearly located in a tropical climate of 30/33 degrees most of the year and with that said raising temps very hot sometimes very humid thats close to the equator So we have to use A/C all times and maintain humidity levels by spraying all walls to keep it around 45/60% while ac is on remember droping temps so we have to make it as comfortable as possible and that its not easy in this side of the world OR either you need a lot of money which I dont have yet to build a super setup and a separate ROOM with all of that temp and great humidity lvls so yeah we do what we can with our budget We live somwhere where things are pretty much fckd up but it is what it is Hey at least we are safe because it is illegal lol so yeah brothers we have hard times And still with all risk we here doing our best Showing all support Showing im greatful TO find a space like this where We all can share like and Comment And help each other grow better everyday Blessings to you all Keep EM buds coming Happy growing

hello. this is the first plant I have used big bud and bud candy but I don't test the water and the plant was damaged with high PH so I had to buy a PH meter and TDS meter so wish me luck with other plants

Day 43 - Had a full water change and now running RO ( Reverse Osmosis) Water. Not topped up any nutrients yet just straight RO water as I've defoliated the girls and took off a lot of the excess foliage and sites i thought won't be getting much light. The reason for not adding nutrients straight away was because they have already had a bit of stress due to defoliation and them trying to uptake nutrients at certain temperature ranges and pH will add to it. So just RO water pH'd to about 5.7/5.8. After 12-24 hours have passed I'll add nutrients again. Smells very strong in here now and getting paranoid lol. They grow by the day and get frostier each time i open the tent. Until the next time people. Day 45 - close up bud shot of one of the girls lowers and a few colas. Girls seem to be happy with the RO water which makes me feel as though i should of been running it earlier for sure. EC has dropped, so i know the girls are feeding uptaking nutrients. Hello hello greetings! our girls are taking acceleration for a burst of growth! after I transplanted them into 15 liter pots, they began to grow more actively. I did not notice any anomalies or deviations. all plants are doing great. and of course my favorite is number 2204)) she's just cute! and apparently Dominant indica)) I also hope that at least one of them will be colored! watch the video for a closer look at the plants.
