This plant is finally over. This was my very first plant in general and I went with DWC. The learning and experience I have got has been bountiful. This was not as easy as I figured to be but I have a huge appreciation now. --------Mistakes------------ I topped the plant twice super stunted snapped a main branch. Put it back together with tape it survived Took me 1 full month to figure out the nutrient ratio to provide got discouraged from the mistakes and neglected the plant for 3 weeks Had light burn while trying to figure out what light it can handle ---------Overall Results------- With this being my first run in a DWC I am happy with the results. I got 50grams overall of very sticky covered with trichomes larf that has a beautiful fruit loops aroma to her She smokes really good for what it is. She has small buds that aren't very dense and burns pretty fast because how leafy Taste great, gives a great high, smooth smoke through a Volcano With the grow and the overall way the plant has came out with this harvest I give myself a grade A lot of room to improve but with it being my first grow and the amount I learned overall I give myself a GRADE: C+ Was a great experience and I can't wait for what the future holds with my homegrown experience!! Day 64: It seems to go well. I am still keeping an eye on the "hanging" leaves. I think they tend to hang a little more when light on, and less with light off but its hard to say if it is normal. It might be as @GrowingGrannie mentioned, they might be under watered, as there is not much run-off at the last couple of watering's, maybe 1l each time and I will give them a 30% run-off next time to be sure UPDATE: I have noticed some more brown spots on the right plant caused by Calcium Deficiency. I think I should up the PH a bit more, going for 6.5 this time. I will also increase my CalMag supplement by 50%, and do 30% run-off today Day 66: Thank you all for the kind answers 🙏 You all have different opinions, and it is hard to pinpoint the exact problem. I am almost certain that I got some heat/light stress as mentioned by @GrowingGrannie and @Chow_13. I have therefore raised the lamp and are keeping the dimmer very low, using about 140W in total. I am still investigating if there might be other problems to it. @m0use, thank you for your answer. I do not think they are thirsty, at least not any more, as I am already on the subject for the last couple of days. About PH, It was difficult to get a good picture of the PH solution, but it was light-green to green (6.5-7.0) on the picture (And that was run-off PH) and what I put in was adjusted slowly from yellow to light-green aka 6.0-6.5 (I wrote 6.25 but it was auto adjusted) @gottagrowsometime, thank you for the answer. I do not think it is a nitrogen toxicity. My leaves aren't that dark green, although they are a bit to the dark side but not like what I see on other pictures with that problem. I also think the curling is caused by light/heat stress as I just got a new lamp and are experimenting with it. But I will keep your suggestion in the back of my head! @Chow_13, thank you very much for your answer. I think you are spot on, however I am not sure it is the only problem... It might be as you say, nutrients are not absorbed correctly due to the light-stress, but I will not put all my money on that @Nugsery and @GrowingGrannie, a big thank you for your answers. The deficiencies might not be the same, but the cure is very similar. I cannot make up who is right, but I do have a plan. I will follow your recommendation @GrowingGrannie and @Nugsery, and do a flush, but with a ph 5.8 as both nutrients should be able to be absorbed in that level. I will then give her a light nutrient mix and adding PK, also 5.8 ph. This is almost the same solution for both deficiencies. I will then slowly get the ph back to 6.2 @ernesttwwg, thank you for your answer. I have known for some time I have some Interveinal chlorosis, but I do not know what is causing it. There is multiple deficiencies giving those symptoms. The tacoing of leaves, and leaf tips curling down I think is caused by the light, and I have therefor raised the light. I will keep investigating the symptoms you mention OBS: I will not edit my nutrient schema as this is only temporarily, next watering will be as described UPDATE: After flushing with 15L~ ph 5.8~ and a small feed with 5.8~ ph I still get about 6.5~ ph in my run-off water. I am going to do another flush tomorrow to see I can bring it down to around 6.0~ ph Day 67: I think I see small improvements on the leaves. The new heat/light level seem to have done something. I did that second flush and are still getting about 6.5 ph in run-off.... I think I will let her dry for now, monitoring what happens, and do another flush in a couple of days

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Day 56: These 3 girls are finishing out. Cyco nutrients did awesome for me! I found a top with some bud rot beginning to start so I lopped that off. It was not much, but I got it early (learned first hand in the Gorilla Girl grow). Humidity has been higher these days. Buds are turning slightly purple. Decent amount of sugar on the buds now. Trics are mostly cloudy, very few amber. Most pistals have withered and calyx look swollen. Smell is beginning to give a cakey-gas undertone to the up front scent of overripe cantaloupe across all 3 plants. There is a tiny bit of pine. I need a cell with a better camera :( Some more days of water and Flawless Finish then the chop.

💚 ORION LIQUID NUTRIENTS 💜 This is a clear example of me absolutely underestimating the nutrient need when using only liquid nutrients. The plant, as a result, has really not grown as this in comparison with the 💚ORION F1 ORGANIC DRY AMENDMENTS* 💚 Which has been topped and grown 3 times the size of this one! I topped this plant on the 20.6.25. Here is what I fed this week: 19.6.25: I watered with 2L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1 and containing the following nutrients per 2 litres; ♡ 1/3 Cal-Mag ♡ 1/3 Mega Crop Part B ♡ 1/3 Tsp Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf Nutrients PH: 6.1 PPM: 891 26.6.25 I gave 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with the following nutrients per 2ltrs; ♡ 2 ml Ecothrive Trace ♡ 1 Tsp Ecothrive Biosys PPM: 811 PH: 6.6 Thanks for stopping by this week 💚✌️🍃😊🌱

Almost ready, want to give 1 more week for some brown trichomes. Otherwise it's ready. 2 trees are quite small, but all 6 have super smelly hard buds. Other 4 big trees. . Last few times watering with raw cane molasses or just water.

Ok Niggas this can be the first month of the plants since germination - and the start of the fourth vegging week, plants overall growth is savage, even for the plants that still presents Ca Mg carencies , as they tend to have a pale green colour compared to their siblings. The lack of green makes that one plant highlight a purple hue prominent on the leaves & stem, it can be confused with cold through . But i'm discarding that reason as .cl winter is finishing and temperatures are above 0°c. Did a Barrier spray on the mix, just with CaMg on soil to attend the previous urge, as this substrate is very light, yet i can still fuck it up and misdiagnose a nutrient block if i go too heavy. Plus that i found a munched leaf and that barrier has a moderate nutrient amount besides try to half the pest advances. I want to finish this week to count 30 officially days and probably do a topping cut , and try to get on the level of the net on day 45 / finishing on 6 week in order to fill the space, as if this strain is stable it stretch and node space should be on the short side, but nod that some og kush relatives can be stretchy because there'sslight sativas phenotypes as well. Finishing this text wall homies, as plants has the same age, i can notice that this substrate is fast to colonize as the one that stay on 'pot on pot' are way smaller that the ones that are on its final containers. I will consider lollypop too, as i want to try to check before signals that vertical growth light reinforcement with the fan shaped bulbs is viable on all growty , as if i saw that they underdevelop just on veg stage should be a big no & discard that stupid idea. But at the moment is going fine. Just having a nice cri to inspectionate the plants is a good advantage to be assimilated on frankenstein's indoor setup. 🦄 Big gas Leakz !!! & Big dick Energy!!!

Day 97 and the grow box is battling to stay at 16 degrees as the garage drops to -2 degrees. I made my first ever compost tea for a batch of homemade super soil that I’m feeding. I gave the girls a drink of that yesterday, although stopped with the biobizz nutrients a few days ago. Will stick to water and slowly flushing from now on. It’s finally started to smell a wee bit like weed but it’s not noticeable in amongst all my fermenting jars of the various homemade KNF nutrients. I’d highly recommend getting into making your own KNF nutrients….lots of good fun. I started making Fish Amino Acid tonight so the whole garage is looking a bit like I rented storage space to Jeffrey Dahmer. In the video, the first plant on screen is the Skywalker and the smaller one is the. Orange bud. Both have not grown much in last few days (16 degrees or end of life territory?). I’m looking out for the clear to milky but I can’t really tell with my shitty magnifying glass. I’m fed up smoking ‘session weed’ and got Skywalker on the go in the hope I can tap into that 26% thc they boast about. So don’t want to chop it too early. The second I see one amber trichome, auld Luke is getting the chop. May then leave the orange bud for a bit longer to see if less competition causes it to bulk a bit.
