Lots of growth this week. Grew 6 inches this week. Turned over to 12/12 light cycle and began flowering on Friday.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I put the baby’s into the scrog a few days ago they look super healthy and are growing rapidly:)

The buds put on some size this last week. This strain was supposed to be around 8 weeks but I’m day 58 since flipping the switch and they are still going. Started flushing today with plain water and flawless finish. My runoff ppm was at 1000, I’ll keep flushing this week. My harvest date will be right at 10 weeks.

Notes for flower week 9 (12/15-12/21, days 56 to 62) Watering Days. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio, or combination, of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates. These are/will be DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added-in larger, then smaller, ratios while the "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 128/58 (last feed was day 124/54) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 251ppm) mixed with 402ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.0 (7.13 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I am making a new feeding standard for all my plants) I got ~20 cups of runoff (~27 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase as well as previous knitting needle aeration. Runoff was tested at 6.15ph and 1800ppm (6.21ph and 2100ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.4,6.48,6.39,6.42 for an avg of 6.42 (6.42 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8 to 7.0 ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally at. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (132/62). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again, but no more HP2. I expect to start flushing her out with lower nute levels from that next feed point. Day 132/62 (last feed was day 128/58) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 277ppm) mixed with 397ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.8 (7.0 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. I got ~17 cups of runoff (~20 cups last feed). Runoff was tested at 6.0ph and 1710ppm (6.15ph and 1800ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.42,6.45,6.34,6.33 for an avg of 6.385 (6.42 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8 to 7.0 ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally at. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (136/66). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again. Im flushing with these lower ppm feeds through harvest.

Light schedule 20 hours on 4 hours off and the same with ventilation. Humidity approx 50 percent, water intake raised up 125 ml per plant per day. Fertilization continues on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Biobizz family and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. This week will change the old lamp and replace with Viparspectra 600W. Day 46: I am still waiting for the new lamp. I haven't updated 2 days. They are georgeus flowering nicely. Buds are getting thicker and the purple strains are getting pure Balckberry Kush and LSD-25. Day 47: I palced today the new Viperspectra 600W lamp. I have also changed the light schedule for 18/6.

What's up growmies!!! Yet another week in the books. Welcome to week #6. We are officially in flower🙌🏾🙌🏾. Technically they started preflowering last week however I count the transition period as veg. They have stretched quite considerably (especially the 2 White LSD plants). They all are doing well and flourishing. I'm feeding them 1 liter of water every 3 days, which seems to be fine. It seems to be the sweet spot for the 2 gallon fabric pots I have them in. Right now they are getting plain ph'd water (1 more watering to go) and then I will begin them on their "bloom" recipe of nutes. The smell has gotten a bit stronger but nothing pungent, but when I open the tent I definitely get that "weed" smell bumrushing my sense of smell. I flipped the light schedule to 12/12, because I didn't want to keep Caramelicious (the only photo) in flowering for too long out of fear of her outgrowing the pot as I really don't have much room to go up to a bigger size for her. Eccoci ragazzi! Non vedevo l ora di mandare in fioritura questo mio esperimento idroponico! Le piante sembrano stare bene, ho avuto problemi con un po di radici che stavano marcendo, ma sembra che la situazione si stia risolvendo grazie al acido ipocloroso, sta disinfettando e sbiancando per bene le radici, e quelle nuove che si formano hanno un bel colore bianco sintomo di benessere! Ho provveduto a defogliare un po entrambe le piante per fare spazio a tutti i getti laterali che si stanno diramando dal tronco principale, spero proprio che ci siano un bel po' di cime, questa è la prima settimana e ancora nn ho visto nessun fiore o pre fiore, speriamo che si facciano vedere al più presto, non sto nella pelle per vedere come si svilupperanno i fiori di queste genetiche che sembrano promettere davvero bene! Purtroppo io nn sono molto esperto ancora su come defogliare e potare nel modo giusto, sto facendo del mio meglio e sto imparando piano piano per capire quale sia il modo migliore di farlo senza stressare troppo la pianta, a mio parere probabilmente ho dato troppa vegetativa e queste due piante se tutto va come dovrebbe diventeranno enormi e sono preoccupato che durante queste due settimane di pre fioritura che lo stretching verso l alto diventi un problema serio e che vadano troppo vicino alla luce, ho paura di bruciare tutte le cime principali, spero proprio che questo nn avvenga xke purtroppo già ora sono alte 60 cm e posso arrivare al massimo ad un metro di altezza altrimenti la lampada sarà troppo vicina, xke purtroppo nel posto dove si trovano, dispongo solamente di un altezza totale del box di 180 cm e la lampada può arrivare al massimo ad un altezza di 160 cm prima che tocchi il filtro a carboni sopra di essa.. Spero con tutto me stesso di non commettere il solito errore.. Per ora apparte qualche squilibrio del ph, mi ha provocato una carenza di rame e di calcio /magnesio, ora ho provveduto a tarare il mio misuratore di ph /ec, xke ho notato che usandolo spesso è non pulendo adeguatamente il sensore con acqua distillata, è necessario ricalibrarlo circa ogni 2/3 settimane, altrimenti tende a sballare di 4 o anche 5 punti il ph della soluzione.. Ora il prossimo cambio Dell acqua sarà verso il 20 dicembre contando che l. Ho cambiata il 5 dicembre ogni 15 giorni la cambierò, grazie alla nuova pompa di sentina che ho comprato è un gioco da ragazzi svuotare i secchi in pochi minuti!
