New light installed, twice as powerful as before but still a cheap light I've yet to learn fully Like the first batch of seeds to germinate, I again get a strange 'quad' seedling, 4 embryo leaves, then attempts to grow it's first 4 leaves instead of 2 also, growth is severely stunted in both seedlings to start with 4 embryo leaves after seed popped

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

3-25 Only gave her 5ml cal/mag and 1.5ml drops of balance. Runoff 850 ph 7.0. See whats going on by next. She still shining 😁🤘 3-28 3ml cal/mag, 1.5 ml drops of balance and 1.5 ml slf-100. Ph 5.9 ppm 115 6 liters water. She looks good since last water so a really lite cal/mag. Again, see how she do. Runoff .

Overall this was my second autoflower grow and it turned out a lot better than my first. The plant yielded about 258 g wet so hopefully about half that in dry weight I'll update once I'm done drying. I have more of these on the go outside and have one more seed will definitely Grow again. Thanks for following, stay cool keep growing.

I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

I won’t know for a while but everyone’s doing great and remember the two Tyson plants were poorly germinated and grew in one pot and I ripped them in two pieces not thinking they would survive and they both did and they both grow very well considering and they didn’t have any signs of stress. I can’t even describe really what it is. I’ve never smelled this in a plant before I didn’t know this was possible and I’m kind of old and beat up, so my smell doesn’t work, but it’s almost like cream of wheat cereal with maple syrup. So we’re at the start of week at 10 and both plants are coming along nicely. Pheno #1 has swelled considerably over the last 2 weeks and she has packed on some serious weight. Pheno #2 is a little behind but unfortunately I will have to chop her early as I have to dry in the tent that I grow in. Will be chopping both plants in a few days. Update Day 67: Both plants have been chopped and hung. They’re taking up 2 rows of across my grow tent. Going for a nice slow dry with temperatures sitting at 65F and humidity sitting at 60%RH.
