🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

Day 21. I post one day earlier, but its a huge week for them. Cleared space, install chicken wire fence. Added worm castings, epsom salt, mono potassium, calcium nitrate , Great White, Biosys and hope they will be ok. Next visit in two weeks. Root system was good, couple girls had mini root bound on the bottom, so timing was perfect ! Happy Growing !!!

Today marks the second week of flowering, and I’m really excited about how well my cannabis plant is doing! Over the past few days, it’s really stretched out and has grown quite a bit taller. The leaves are looking lush and vibrant, with a deep green color that shows how healthy the plant is. I was a bit worried last week because the leaves were slightly droopy, but after adjusting the water and getting the levels just right, it’s looking much better now. It feels like the plant has responded really well to the care I’ve been giving it. I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop in the next weeks. The buds are starting to form, and I can’t wait to see them fill out. This is such an exciting process, and I’m really hopeful that everything will keep going smoothly from here on. this is the last week before the harvest. the buds are formed 100% all in trichomes! this variety is very reminiscent of Afghan genetics. leaves and their shape. I think it should be an indica dominant variety. find out very soon)

they are all growing great and starting to get taller. a very robust plant and very easy to grow and maintain. they are getiing 1/2 the recommeneded dose of nutrients 3 times a week

I love this plant. She is so strong and grows with a lot of vigor. I am a little annoyed as I have been quite busy so I have been feeding the room the same mix and I think this one is started to show signs she is pissed off at me . There are the start of nutrient burn on her tips. I do not like this. I do not want this. So I I'll make her a slightly different feed this week and reduce the EC by a bit. Back down to a 1.5-1.6ec . Lights are at 40% drawing 180w. Lovely..😎 Uvb is not on yet as I have been away working and don't want to scare my wife away from the great job she does feeding when I'm away.. so I will deploy it as soon as I'm back and can be around to observe the effect.. it's all new to me so a bit of a lesson to carry forward to future grows... 5th week of Flowering is over. Still observing some darkening on the tips of the Yellow Orange. On the other hand, the plant seems still very healthy and it’s growing frosty flowers. Its smell is dominating the tent with a citrus scent. It is smelling more citrus than a real lemon… Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 23 Celcius Target Temp. 6/1 I'm anxious to get my plants in their final homes. Another 90 degree day today and then it will be cooling off with some showers. I plan to take advantage and utilize that to make the transition. I have some small burns on a couple plants bit considering the weather we've had its nothing. Temperature swings 50 degrees. I hope these girls do OK outside. I was tired and stoned last night and I accidently topped a plant I had already FIMed. Oh well. Transplants soon. Supports screwed in after the heat. Plants have been handling this weather like a champ. Big thick healthy stalks. UPDATE PUT THE PLANTS IN AROUND 730. Cutting down on light hours I'm poverty close to where we are. It was 95 today. Plants have suprisingly little burning. My fan was taken so they go without that tonight too. In the next few days it's going to cool down and that's when I'll transplant. Only thing left before transplant is sanitizing trellis and supports. Easy peezy. Especially if it's supposed to be in the 50s. And people dent climate change lol. I'm hoping that all this adversity makes my flower a higher quality. I'm glad to have the quantity to pick the best phenos for the BIG POTS. Im trying to stay excited but it's just so dumb hot. Oh well. If the plants can do it so can I. I'm planning to give them some kelp me kelp you next watering and may start some light organic nutes. 6/2 Phone doesn't like uploading my videos. Broke record high temp yesterday 95 and tomorrow we will break the record low 50. Plants withstood the heat well and are doing great. Transplant soon. They were a little light but I held off on the water. Plan on it tomorrow. May transplant tomorrow. I have several videos that haven't uploaded. I thought they did but I was wrong. Oh well. UPDATE: Forgot to water. Some were light and others could've held off. Did the half a powerade bottle ahain. A litt ke less on the heavier ones. However I'm looking to transplant into final homes tonight and into this weekend. I sanitized a fifty and a forty so my bags and two pots are sanitized. Cage is sanitized and ready and pallets are sanktized and in place. The 40 and 60 fit PERFECT in the small space left from the pallets. Plus the plants always lean the opposite direction so things should go smooth. Only thingvleft is sanitizing stakes, bamboo, plastic garden stakes and all the other plastic training stuff. I'll just soak it while I transplant. Gotta mix the soil first too though. UPDATE. Heat went higher than expected and hit 90. I figured I'd go back around three and screw in suppirt stakes and begin getting everything ready for transplant (i.e. supports, mix soil, sanitize trellis) before I transplanted tomorrow MORNING was what I had planned. Unfortunately we got a huge thunderstorm with a shot ton of rain and it's gonna continue throughout the night. I think this is God's way of telling me to take a break. I can get up early and get those support stakes screwed in. Then when I get back from the wife's doctor's I can do the transplants. I'm trying to break the labor up into manageable chunks. Looking at my other diaries I can see that my plantscare fine in their three gallon homes. It'd a little disheartening seeing such big clones that I started so much earlier on the other diaries. However I always was fighting SOMETHING (usually more than one thing) and last year was a shit show. At least this year I stay away from anyone else's cannabis any clones and I'm extremely cautious. I've seen my cousin out perform me multiple times with healthy plants like this I'm excited to see how it goes. I really needed the break anyway but tomorrow morning the stakes will be in. Hopefully they'll be outside. 6/3 Broke the record for low days after breaking record for highs. I saw it 94 yesterday and the day before. On the way to my grow at 6am it was 44 degrees and it's not warming up much. Fifties at best. Rainy. I left the door closed. The big door on the otherside got opened as the other end of the garage neededcto he used. If the rain let's up I'm going to set up the grade stakes so I can transplant in the morning and throughout the day. I think I'm going to light dep a couple of them and leave them in the 3's. We'll see. UPDATE: At 12:30 the temp today was 44. Yesterday it was 94. I can't believe this. Plants are doing great though and are in the garage under lights for the day. The BIG door was open part of the day. Didn't take any pictures (or even enter the grow area) as I sanitized the last 40 gallon pot and a bunch of grade stakes. I drilled the grade stakes to the pallets in the front. The first row is done. Just need to sanitize the plastic trellis itself and finish attaching the other grade stakes. I don't need the fill trellis up by transplant. I just need the bags to not knock over and have SOME support. I'll be back over there either to tonight to put more supports in or tomorrow when I actually plan to start transplanting. I'm getting excited. After dealing witb the stiff that I sanitized I didn't dare go fuck with my plants so I looked through the window. I'll finish sanitizing the net tomorrow. These plants look great. Of course the fucker was dry and didn't wanna come out ofcthe pot and the root ball pretty much decintigrated in my hand so I'm not sure how that will go. Tried again with the Blueberry Cheese Cake. I thought the roots just might not have been rootbound abdcthat could've been the case. After having another rough transplant I recognized I was tired, all the hard stuff is done and it's gonna keep raining until Friday. I wanted to transplant three and put them outside but with the wind and rain and the difficult transplant I let them sit under the light in the garage in indirect light. I tend to "throw" them in the hole before they collapse. With my anxiety I suck at transplanting. Plus these plants haven't filled the 3 gallon pots with roots yet but i want hem in their final homes and its time to go outside. I transplanted the other two plants indoors and let them have days in the garage with the door open and the light on then protection from the elements at night. I've been doing this for awhile. They would all be outside if the weather wasn't so shitty. This rain is supposed to stop. I'm curious as to what will be the fate of the two plantsci transplanted and left outside. Auto Lavender has sprouted. So far everything is looking good. The seedling looks nice, and healthy she is under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light in Agrogardens nutrition. It is my first time using Agrogardens. So we will see how it goes. Day 71 - Ripening Day 5 a. she drinks 4L a day, slowing down from the 5L a day b. the buds are still growing every day is noticeable c. the pistils on the flowers are nearly all orange and brown, there are no new white pistils growing, but still few white pistils remain d. trichomes are very milky white, still some clears and no amber I can see on the actual buds, few ambers on random leafs e. this will probably be the last week of growth, and there will be a short florakleen flush as ppms never went above 1000ppm on this grow. Day 72 - Ripening Day 6 a. consuming 4L a day of nutrient solution b. her flowers are still growing! The resin is so much on the leaves and buds c. the remaining white pistils are maturing... trichomes are very milky. Day 73 - Ripening Day 7 a. buds are still growing, every day is noticeable growth, she drinks 3.5-5L a day b. pistils are all turning, very few white pistils left Day 74 - Ripening Day 8 a. the flowers are smelling very strong, pine, blueberry and diesel fuel b. she is wrapping up nicely Day 75 - Ripening Day 9 a. performed defoliation, removed 50+ large fan leafs, there is resin all over the stems, will use for ice hash b. the buds are still growing, the smell becomes too strong for the carbon filter overnight Day 76 - Ripening Day 10 a. adding only Spring water to the DWC right now, keeping ppms below 800, preparing for the flush b. buds are becoming very frosty c. the fan leafs have started to fade nicely d. I am seeing the first glimpses of amber trichomes, mostly milky white throughout e. all pistils have turned red and orange Day 77 - Ripening Day 11 a. the trichomes are mostly milky white with a few ambers showing here and there b. added 5L of spring water to help the flush c. will change to FloraKleen tomorrow, and harvest in a day or two. d. constantly removing faded fan leafs, they are becoming easier to snap off the stem, the plant is entering the harvest window.

Esta es una genética de un olor muy fuerte y pesado se siente intenso desde la vegetación , es una variedad muy resinosa con unos colores morados hermosos , probando las flores cuando terminó el secado y ahora curando las flores se siente un sabor terroso , al principio no me gusto ya que nunca había probado este , pero después al seguir fumando se siente un sabor final muy agradable.
