Quick update week 3 flower these girls are putting on weight very very quickly. The blue gelato buds are already becoming dense like stones . Watermelon punch literally is the most satisfying smell I have smelt in a while . Wedding cake is the biggest in my tent and most gassiest plant. The terple inhouse genetics are also massive will show the inhouse section next week , just takes to long to take them out of tent

She hasn't grown up, but she's filling out quite nicely. Looked at others growing Criteria Kush (CK photos) and noticed the growth of plant just before they put into flower. My husband decided thats what we are doing. He put up a trellis and we will use this to help during flowering. She seems happy and content. I hope she stretches and flowers nicely. Its flower time baby. 🌺⏳

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

This week I only watered the plants as needed due to planting them in the Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. From what I've been told and read I don't believe I "need" to feed them for at least 3-4 weeks but I will watch them closely. Some explosive growth this week! I'm super excited to see 2 of them take off. The third is quite a fighter! I won't give up on her if she won't quit! I'm already having to rethink how I will dry the first 2 plants as the third one will be at least a week, if not 2, behind... I think! I'd love to hear from those who have had an autoflower go through a hard first 3 weeks of sprouting! If you watch the time lapse videos it will help to zoom in a little more and you can see them dance pretty nicely! Here's to health and growth!! Cheers!!

Week 2 of flower 12-5 She is growing nicely. She got a good dose of microbes yesterday. 2k ml she got cal/mag 5ml per gal, Drops 1ml, dusting of yucca, Kelp 1/16th tsp, EM 1 1 ounce per gallon and 1/2 tsp recharge. Top dress is soon. She will only get water x2 waterings. Cheesecake pictures tomorrow. I think I even may have, underwatered Cheese HAHAHAHA No way! Me ..... Underwater.... Thats a first! Now I have it marked. LOL 😬 J/s EM1 is kinda lol Icky. And the bottle almost exploded on me πŸ˜‚ Good stuff. 12-7 Good ol plain water ph 6.2 Watered around 2.5 liters took it well. Roots are coming out the bottoms of both bags. πŸ’ͺ Almost looks like worms 🀣 I must be doin ok, I haven't had them jump out before. πŸ’ͺ And on both. Not the other 2 🀣 yet? The buds on 3x are tiny. They need top dressed, but i dont think thats it. May be a slow budder?? Idk, we shall see. But I do see signs of hunger. Top dress next water πŸ’ͺ Removed all leafs pointing in. Or most at least. Very happy with progress. Still no signs of over water/feeding yet. 😁🀘 12-10 Top dress both 2 tbs buildaflower, 1 tbs craftblend, 1/4 cup poo. 12-11 Just growin tall.

Was a good week. Both phenos have ripened nicely. Both harvested together, being done in the same pot. That's always a plus. Only added LemonPaya and will do Lemonmandrin in a few days. And update on drying of the bud. 9-12 days. The buds are super dense. Temp 19.5-20.5c RH 62-6

Rc#1 has started its flushing today for about a week and half before the snip. Rc#2 has picked up the pace now and will go on longer than rc#1 has. Rest of the tent is coming along nicely. All the plants are on full nutes other than rc#1. Both of the girls have had heavy defoliation. Looking forward to see how it tastes. 16.03.20 RC#1 had its final flush last night of around 12 litres of water. 80% of the trichomes are cloudy. Once the pot is pretty much dried (4days) I'll be throwing her into dark for 36hours before harvest. I'll be sure to get some good pics in the natural light before and after the chop. All branches look like they can barely hold the weight of the buds now, few branches have been supported with cable ties off of the main stem. Sugar leaves are turning a nice purple. I guessing roughly 4-5oz dried. Week 10 coming this week....

Thank you. Gave her a cocktail to help with stress. Added 1st net for lateral support, not so much now, but for later. Blue light is absorbed by photoreceptor proteins called phototropins, which trigger a hormonal response that causes cells on the shaded side to elongate, making the plant bend toward the light. Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. This response is a protective mechanism against light stress, which can damage the photosynthetic apparatus and lead to symptoms like leaf scorching, yellowing, and brittleness. Instead of growing taller, the plant invests its energy into creating a more robust, stress-tolerant structure. Providing plants with necessary antioxidants helps protect the photosynthetic apparatus by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage from excess light. UV light exposure can impact the xanthophyll cycle by either enhancing its photoprotective role or causing damage, depending on the intensity and type of UV radiation. UV exposure can trigger the synthesis of more xanthophyll cycle pigments to increase the plant's capacity to dissipate excess energy, but it can also cause direct damage, particularly to Photosystem II, and may lead to a decrease in the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) which indicates a reduced capacity to dissipate excess energy. Plants can respond to UV stress by increasing the synthesis of xanthophyll cycle pigments, such as violaxanthin and zeaxanthin, to improve their photoprotective capacity. UV-induced changes in xanthophyll cycle pigments can be linked to a plant's overall tolerance to high radiation stress. The xanthophyll cycle helps protect against photoinhibition, which is especially important when the plant is exposed to high levels of both UV and visible light. High doses of UV radiation can directly damage photosynthetic components, including the proteins, lipids, and pigments in the thylakoid membranes. Exposure to UV radiation can have a mixed effect on the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) of the xanthophyll cycle pigments. In some cases, UV can inhibit the conversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin, resulting in a lower DEPS ratio and a reduced capacity for energy dissipation. However, the total pool of xanthophyll cycle pigments may increase, and this enhanced pool size could provide a greater potential for photoprotection despite a lower DEPS ratio. The xanthophyll cycle works alongside other mechanisms, such as the accumulation of flavonoids (UV screens), to protect the plant from UV-induced damage. Blue light repairs 100% UV-induced damage in plants through a process called photoreactivation, which uses a light-dependent enzyme called photolyase. This enzyme uses energy from blue and UV-A light to directly reverse the damaging pyrimidine dimers in the DNA caused by UV-B radiation, a key mechanism for maintaining the plant's genetic integrity. After carbon, light, water, temperature, and nutrients, the limiting factor of a plant's growth is often its own internal factors or the amount of a key ingredient. Chlorophyll concentration is one such factor, as the amount of this pigment limits how much light can be captured for photosynthesis. Other factors include chloroplast number, respiration rate, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, as plants are often in a CO2-deficient condition. 60x60x18=64800seconds x 700 = 45,360,000moles. 45DLI Exposure to 165 Β΅W/cmΒ² of ultraviolet-B (UV-B) light for 3600 seconds = 1 hour, a extremely high, acute dose triggering stress responses and protective mechanisms. . The plant's photoreceptor protein, UVR8, senses the UV-B radiation. This triggers a signaling cascade that activates specific genes to protect the plant from damage. In response to the UV-B signal, the plant ramps up the biosynthesis of protective compounds like flavonoids, phenolic acids, and anthocyanins. These compounds absorb UV radiation and accumulate in the epidermal layers of leaves to shield inner photosynthetic tissues. The plant may increase leaf thickness or deposit more cuticular wax, creating a physical barrier to the radiation. The plant will produce more enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to neutralize the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by the UV-B radiation. The plant activates enzymes, including photolyases, to repair DNA damage caused by the UV-B. These repair mechanisms are critical for preventing permanent genetic mutations. While protective measures are activated, a high dose delivered over a short period can cause stress that overwhelms the plant's defenses. Photosynthesis is highly sensitive to UV-B. A high dose can inactivate Photosystem II (PSII), damage thylakoid membranes within the chloroplasts, and reduce chlorophyll content, which lowers the plant's overall photosynthetic capacity. Despite repair mechanisms, high UV-B doses can inflict persistent damage on the plant's DNA. The overproduction of reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress, leading to the oxidation of lipids and proteins and disrupting cellular function.

Not a record breaking yield but a few rock hard colas.. first time we've topped an auto and in not displeased with the results..we have a bad habit of not weighing wet/dry as this is all for personal use but we will get weights on the next plant... rough guess would be 1.5oz maybe a little more..this is a very sleepy strain but has been a great change from all the Kush..thanks for reading and happy growing 🐱

She's doing very well. Gave her a little clean up today - removed some undergrowth that won't make to the top. Keeping her diet pretty much the same other than an increase in Cal-Mag this week - the other plant in my tent was showing signs of deficiency so I thought they'd both get a little boost since I've been treading lightly. She did a bit of stretching this week - grew about 5" taller! Looking forward to see some fattening of the buds! πŸ‘Š ----------- Day 65: PPM 668; PH 5.8. I think her drink is bit on strong side with PPMs increasing a bit since the rez change. Topped her off today with 3/4 gallon of filtered water to dilute things a bit. Sitting at 574 PPM; PH 6.2. Buds are starting to stack nicely and fatten. Day 66: PPM 553; PH 6.2. Let her be. Seems to be happier now that I've watered down her drink a little. Frost is starting to form around some of the buds and she's getting more fragrant. Day 67: PPM 584; PH 5.2. Gave her 3/4 gallon filtered water with light dose of nutes. She's now running at 553 PPM; PH 6.0. Day 68: PPM 563; PH 6.0. Let her be. Day 69: PPM 532; PH 5.8. Gave her 3/4 gallon filtered water/feed. Now at PPM 542; PH 6.2. Day 70: PPM 532; PH 5.1. Discovered my PH meter is toast and has been reading much higher than it should. Got a new meter and hopefully back on track. Thank goodness this plant is resilient. Gave her some PH up and sitting at 6.1.

Day 30 of flower; I raised her pot about 30 cm to get closer to the light and to prevent her younger tall neighbours from over-growing her. She's packed with deliciously smelling, very sticky buds. This is a true queen! One of the better, if not the best, smelling plant I've grown. Can't wait to try her. She'll be ready soon. 😊

Bubble og man these ladies loved being topped they were not growing the fastest before topping but after getting topped they have really been stretching out they very much have a scrog potential the branchs bend easily and have good distance between nodes to work with The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.
