3/28/23 Keep finding pm in different places and having to spray it down. Added a few more fans just in case and it’s just everywhere. I think I’ll need to do a full tent clean before the next run to get everything clean. I trellised the ackbar twins. They’re huge and putting out so much bud. Took awhile to get it all right and ended up bending a few branches but I have a feeling it’s gonna be great when it’s finally done. Blueberry got topped and is starting to grow exponentially. Hoping it will have some stretch to it when it gets its chance to be the canopy but I don’t think it’s gonna be the plant that ackbar is because it hasn’t gotten proper light. White widow is flowering as well but it’s so minimal because the plant is also getting no light. Going to let it run its course but it’s just not getting what it needs at the bottom of the canopy. I should’ve known better but putting too many plants in one box but I didn’t know they would get this big.

3/28/23 After drying the last two they’ve been trimmed and into jars Barnyard looks like it’s ready to cut the trichs are visibly amber. But I’m just not ready I want to run this long so I’m gonna leave it for another week at least and let the buds swell as much as possible. No rush on it!

Pistols everywhere now, I was getting low key worried lol I've done a bit of trimming here and there in the last week. Pretty much all set for their final run into flowering. I might trim off a few more of the tiny branches on the bottom. They will need to be pinned down a bit here and there. I really need to get on that. Reservoir topping off has started now, they make it roughly five days before I need to add a bit of water.

Entering week 2 of flower! She did A LOT of growing and changing in the first week and I was able to get her canopy laid out nicely in the 4X4! This week is a continuation of that. Slowing tying down branches as not to stress her out. She came down with some broad mites last week ( I can only assume despite all precautions, I brought them home from work, as we had a problem with them in our veg room a couple weeks back) Steady, heavy Nuke Em applications is showing improvement! 3/28 Update: We seem to have won against the bugs! I will continue preventative sprays for a week or so just to be sure they are gone, but I think we are in the clear. I believe I have successfully managed her canopy as well. We are two weeks into the stretch and she has plenty of room to go up now (which was my main concern with her)! I actually brought her down from 43in in the last week of veg to 40 inches this morning through dropping a net and slowly tying and spreading branches! 😁

Lovely lady... but getting a little weird in that I've had to reduce her EC several times... I guess she just doesn't LIKE a whole lot of nutes! It's been a struggle this past week trying to get the pH and EC balanced out so they're both stable... and it ALWAYS happens to me about this time in each grow. Some year, I'll figure it out - until then, I'll remain a bit frustrated! LOL! Toying with the idea of doing more "defoliation" to get rid of what I KNOW will be larfy buds... even though I haven't officially "scrogged" her, I've used LST to essentially produce the same results so I'm planning to do a little lollipopping on her... might as well be today! Sorry I haven't been keeping up this diary in the manner I had been... I've got a lot of idiot things going on in my life. If you ever have questions about what I'm doing or not doing with this grow, just DM me and I'll try to explain.... :-D 03/28 .... ok, she's now officially driving me bonkers. Wild pH swings even while the EC holds steady... I can't figure out what she wants at all but we continue to talk to each other... I'll figure out her language soon enough! She's going through a massive stretch period now which might be the cause of all the drama going on inside the bucket... just SHOOTING up and looking fine even if the numbers aren't what I would call happy. Gave her a pretty decent haircut just before she started stretching and I'm glad I did... so many more buds are now getting full light and I've got the canopy where I want it... Might have to do some more LST down the line if she gets much closer to the lights although I DO still have some room to move them up (thank god I got a taller tent!). She's taking her nap right now so I'll post more pictures when she wakes up.... OK... new pics are up as is a video...

I’m very impressed by this strain. This is my first Atlas Seeds grow and it’s dominating my Mephisto genetics in frostiness. She’s already browning on the pistils, this will be a fast, potent, high yielding harvest!

Here we go on another run together and trust me, this will definitely be something different and very interesting as I've been invited to be a 'Test Grower' for Terpyz Genetics. Formerly Terpyz x Kalyseeds who, for those 'in the know', are known for their breeding of cannabis mutations and the results they've gotten. Terpyz has asked me to perform a pheno hunt on two of their new MUTANT strains; DW IBL x (Pablo Picasso | Lemon Alien NL) x Blue Booby and Z.U.P. SWAG V4 Big Purple and I'll tell you... I'm SUPER stoked to get these seeds germinated and begin to increase my knowledge of growing these mutant strains! Puffin (Super Silver Haze x Tropica Race (Purple Haze X Indian Summer Kaly Duck)) Moon Duck (Ducksfoot IBL x Vanilluna) Description: [ Z.U.P SWAG is (SWAG variegated Ultra V4 (Kalyseeds) x Opalo NL TerpyZ Select F2) ] There's not a lot of information on this strain yet because it's so new but what I've been able to gather so far is, that one phenotype of Z.U.P Swag was a tall plant with a Christmas tree structure had purple flowers, and leaves with prominent purple coloration. It also had good flower structure, and excellent vigor. The only other data I could gather is that the male used was from a Opalo population which was selected in the 2nd generation, with dense flower structure and great terpenes! I'm sure this grow will add to the available knowledge of this strain! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WEEKLY UPDATE: 3/23- Week Seven of Veg and the plants, with their plastic pots, aren't losing water as greatly through evaporation as they would if they were in fabric pots. As a result my watering frequency currently is once every 3-4 days and only after checking their medium with a soil moisture probe to make sure that it is not still too wet. I did not water today and only rotated all of the pots 1/4 turn. 3/25- I checked the plants today and went ahead and watered them with .25g of straight well water that was ph'd to 74℉. They are all really taking off now and I have to tell you the DW IBL's are my favorites so far as they just look incredible! 😍 3/27- All the plants medium's were still pretty moist today so watering was skipped. I'll continue my routine of checking their medium daily via a soil moisture probe. Both strains are looking AMAZING with so many different leaf morphology's, and the variegation in a few really is cool looking! Some of the plants remind me of a pepper plant, others of Basil. They all have great vigor and color and seem to be enjoying the 225w from the HLG 225 that's hung 28" above them. The tent temperature when the light is on is staying a steady 78℉, and the RH running 50-58%. I have one 16" oscillating fan moving air and a 6" AC Infinity exhaust fan removing the heat. 3/29- Well there goes seven weeks in veg for the mutants! So far no other male plants have been identified and hopefully it will remain that way! I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks when I'll be moving a couple of plants outside to finish, the remainder indoors. 3/28/2023 - Day 30 Flower: moving into mid flower and all the plants look good. Starting to put on some weight and stack up. Tricomes are really starting to develop and they are starting to smell. Switching to 11 hours on and 13 hours off today, but have the lights cranked up 100%. Not seeing any signs of deficiencies, so hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here. 3/30/2023 - Day 32 Flower: watered again today with 4 gallons. Added another sprouted seed tea, with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Bio-Phos and Bio-Catalyst, BuildASoil Big 6 and BuildABloom, Fermented Peach Extract, and coconut powder. Everything else is looking great. Flowers are stacking and adding more frost every day. Not too much of a smell yet, but the Grand Prix 2 is starting to smell like something special. Still too early to say exactly, but I'm excited to see how she develops. 4/1/2023 - Day 34 Flower: not much to report today. The plants look great. The only thing I noticed is it looks like the Grand Prix 3 is showing signs of some purple in some of the leaves. The stem still looks green, so I don't think this is related to any kind of deficiency. I think it's just some color starting to come through in mid flower. I'll try to add a picture above. 4/2/2023 - Day 35 Flower: watered 4 gallons of water, mixed with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Coconut Powder, and Yah-Whey Thrive.
