may 19: day 22 flower half strength nute scedule from GHE without additives

Still on the hunt for those cosmic snacks, it'll be awhile until I see some fruits but here we are end of week 1.. There's only one but she's popping! Took a bit longer than the other strains to sprout from soil but as soon as she did you could see some nice strong dark green leaves. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

Things are really starting to look good. This plant has really stretched a lot for an Indica dominant plant. The frost is starting to come on now. The tent smells quite nice when I first open it now. Cooler internals are: 5.9 pH 600 ppm on the 500 scale 1.2 EC 66F solution temp Can’t wait to see how she fills out over the course of the next week.

Monday, March 1st. The Cbd grows very good. lots of laterals she quadrosized in the last Week. Looking fresh and strong, als already smelly.. gassy green

This plant started off slow but is growing great now. Think green leaves with indica dominant characteristics. Tight node structure. It's been a very easy plant to grow.

10/27: I rearranged the garden today and checked to see if she needed water yet. Nope.. 10/28: I watered her with about 1/4 gallon including terpinator, bembe, cal-mag, and some beastie bloomz because she's a little K deficient. 10/29: She's only stretching about an inch every couple of days..spending more energy on pistils, which is fine by me. Damn she's a hungry one, though! I'm still planning to flush tomorrow with no major nutes, but will give her another little dose of N and a metric shit-ton of P and K once she dries back out. 10/30: I decided not to do a flush and just did a very thorough watering today with added terpinator, bembe, cal-mag, humic acid, myco and bene bacti. I put about a half-gallon through her and let her sit and soak up all the run-off. It should take a few days for her to dry out. 10/31: I checked her moisture level. I'll feed her tomorrow. She's still looking P and.or K deficient despite my attempts to correct it. 11/1: I took her out of the closet and did a little defoliating. I sprinkled a little bat guano on her soil and fed her with about a half-gallon including all the good stuff, including beastie bloomz and full strength Tiger bloom. Surely that'll do the trick... 11/2: She still looks terribly K deficient and I just don't get it..thinking maybe my Ph tester needs recalibration or something. Like, maybe it's just to acidic for the K to be absorbed... I sprayed her thoroughly with boom boom spray and a little tiger bloom today.

Last week plants grew very healthy, as they got bushier the humidty raised providing a better enviroment, I could even reduce the amount of water I give them. Planning to move to flowering stage very soon.

This weeks update is just basically a photo/video dump! At the start of the week I did some lst and a tiny bit of defoliating and the growth just seemed to burst, I noticed they seemed to began to flower! So I went ahead and introduced the net to the set up and the I’m stoked with the way they filled this tent right out!! These cream manderin are truly fast growing buds. I also started adding Big Buds Liquid to the feeding schedule and so far, so good. At this point I’ll just be uploading photos every Tuesday/Wednesday 🤙🏻🤙🏻

So die Süßen bis auf ,,Eine,, die ist nicht so süß die letzten Tage gewesen..., befinden sich jetzt am Anfang der Blütewoche 5 Allgemein verläuft alles sehr gut. Aber wie eben schon angedeutet, spielt die Pink Mist vorne bei der Luftzufuhr ein wenig ,,Fasching,, und versucht sich doch als Mann zu verkleiden :-) Zwar gering und natürlich da, wo man es auf den ersten Blick nicht vermutet. Wenige Staubbeutel hatten sich sichtlich geöffnet. Dennoch hoffen wir nach rascher u. vorsichtiger Entfernung, dass weiter große Kollateralschäden ausbleiben. Die Gründe dafür können vieler Natur sein. Trotz das die Geschlechtsreife abgewartet wurde, ist nach hinten raus alles möglich. Man muss das beste daraus machen :-) Hätten wir es noch komplett vor dem öffnen der Staubbeutel gesehen, hätten wir sie eher entfernt. Natur ist halt Natur und noch viel wichtiger, es ist ja nur für uns. Sollten in der Pink Mist samen auftauchen, so hätten wir feminisiertes Saatgut. Also immer Positiv sehen ;-) Seit Mitte letzter Woche fahren wir mit einem EC von mind. mS 1,6 Tendenz jetzt fortlaufend eher an die 1,8. Augenscheinlich und von den Werten her passt alles wirklich gut. Auf eine neue tolle Woche! Ansonsten vielen Dank fürs reinschauen viel spaß mit dem Bild u. Video- Material und allen zusammen eine angenehme Wochen gewünscht! VG

End of week 3 of VEG I topped the plants and tied down each branch .. as you can tell I lost my plant ties soooo ribbon it is. But the plants popped up after 1 day and are thriving ! I’m ready to put these plants into flower I just need them to grow enough to get some clones ! The strain I made is definitely showing it’s washing machine traits and I think it was crossed with Blueberry so I’m hoping these buds end up coming out beautiful! The Dunkaroos are going along really well especially one of the phenos of it flowers as nice as it does during veg then it is definitely a keeper! I’ll post again in a week with the start of flower!

I turned her pot and plucked a couple of yellow shade leaves...the basic daily maintenance. 9/22- I didn't water her yesterday as she looked great and was 'praying' hard. Today she was given 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her through her drip pan (bottom chuggin) and I also gave her pot a turn. She continues to have a great deep green color that is beautifully contrasted by the snow white trichomes piling up on them! Her height has not really increased but she is extremely bushy with tight node spacing which will necessitate plucking some leaves to keep the light penetrating into her canopy. 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Five of flower in a couple of days and she'll be past the half-way point with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. I watered in the Top Dress with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ and let her enjoy her meal! 😜 9/26- After her heavy watering on the 24th I didn't water yesterday and when I checked her today at 'lights on' and she still had some weight to her pot and her leaves were praying hard so I held off on watering today and will hit her tomorrow with her usual 0.75g watering. ~Thanks for stopping in! This grow went well overall. No herming. No nutrient deficiencys. Can't complain there. However the bud structure wasn't there. And the smell isn't of strawberry sugar or at least during the grow. It's mostly gas with a little sweetness. No real strawberry so far.

Boy oh boy, the final day of the first Medusa F1 Hybrid 1/5. Seed to harvest in 93 days. The first medusa F1 grew super fast. Her vegetative period was very short, showing white pistils at day 18 already, but grew into a beautiful lady. The first medusa was only subjected to LST and a little defoliation. The other Medusa plants from my diary (2/5 and 4/5),were topped and this definitely increased the amount of flower sites. Nevertheless, she grew thick and fat with heavy buds smelling like a sweet petrol station. The pistils turn bright orange and many calyxes are formed with hardly any leaves in between. I noticed after week 11 she started producing new calyxis with white pistils and therefore I waited a bit longer. I would recommend this and wait a bit longer to see if it happens for you too. Some trichomes were starting to turn amber and I maybe could have waited a little longer, also for the lower part to develop more. She was cut down on the 18th of July and was placed in my dark dry tent for 13 days at a temperature of 18 °C and a humidity of 60%. A long and slow dry is important to preserve terpenes. After 13 days, on the 31st of July, the branches were making a cracking sound when bending, so I decided to take the branches out of the drying tent and trim them. My 4 x 200W lights (on the box) only pull 50W from the wall so I think they are not super good. I made pictures with a Nikon camera and a white background. I smoked some and she tastes peppery with a sweet aftertaste. I will smoke more after a good long cure for at least 2-4 weeks in my jars. Check the progress of my other medusa F1 diaries and see the full experiment if topping is beneficial for these F1's. I would recommend trying out these amazing genetics and see for yourself. Great job Royal Queen Seeds for breeding these cultivars.
