Temple Flo is DJ Short's throwback to the Floral Line, realized as a forward filial cross of two selections from his 1995 TF/TF stock. Built on the classic Purple Thai x Afghani foundation, this cultivar leans to the Highland Oaxaca Thai side in demeanor while carrying the Afghani's fast finish. In the garden it grows tall with a Christmas-tree frame and solid, well-spaced branches that stack tight, small-calyx clusters washed in green and streaks of purple. Indoors most phenotypes conclude in roughly 7–9 weeks; outdoors they reward patient hands with medium to high yields. An earthen-floral bouquet evokes temple-ball hash, and the flavor follows with spicy-herbal undertones. Expect a head-forward, focused, and motivational lift that lasts before easing into a calm, relaxed clarity. Potency is typically moderate to strong with low CBD; myrcene, caryophyllene, and linalool commonly show as dominant terpenes. Temple Flo is also a key building block in the broader Flo family; its sibling Flo famously topped the 1996 Cannabis Cup by Cannabis Culture, and Temple Flo preserves that lineage's expressive character. Created and stewarded by DJ Short Seeds, it remains a connoisseur's cut for those who appreciate old-world hash notes, fast bloom times, and upbeat, functional effects.
