FKD 10 is Fantech’s 10-inch mixed-flow inline centrifugal fan for round duct systems. The galvanized steel housing and external-rotor motor drive a mixed-flow impeller that balances high airflow with the static-pressure capability of a centrifugal design. The unit is speed-controllable and equipped with built-in thermal overload protection, and is rated for airstream temperatures up to 140°F. Typical applications include makeup/supply air, and general exhaust in commercial or residential spaces. The FKD 10 connects to 10 in (254 mm) ducting and carries a free-air rating around 910 cfm, suitable for mid-to-large kitchen hoods and similar duties when sized correctly for duct losses. Mounting brackets are included for straightforward installation and service access.
