Welcome and thanks..
Since my last grow I’ve upgraded trying better light bigger tent..
This grow will be battle of organic nutrients (last was lst vs not), this is dry vs concentrate.
Living Cindy looking beautiful with bright green colours, seed popped easy with peat pellet
Bio Cindy popped quite too.. strong genetics showing
I’m impressed at her expansion in a week, she just blew up. Big fan leaves which I’m taking to be a big sign. I’m not turning light to 60% from today. Nice light green tone, which looks healthy
Bio Cindy looking good expecting her to boom in this next week.
She’s just getting bigger, pistils are showing looks like pre flowering now
Pistils are showing on bio cindy too but she’s not getting as big/bushy and she’s in a bigger pot
Been 12 days since update and they have shot up, bio Cindy now ahead of living Cindy in size - but that could be due to the size of pots rather than nutes (26ltr vs 22ltr). Removed a lot of leaves/bud sites not reaching light on lower third
Both looking healthy think about halfway there now
Delightful. The fruit of Jack the punch of Cindy. Was easy to grow, 2 out of 2 seeds germinated for me.
Flower taste: 4.2/5 - tasty, very tasty, if you vape you get a real good taste of terpene profile.
Strength: 4.5/5 - can compete with photos, it does not lean too heavy on either side (indica/sativa). It packs an initial punch then mellows out a bit
Yield: 5/5 (see results)
Weak points: takes 13 week from seed to harvest, in that case you would wonder if you may as well do photos, so it’s not quick like most auto’s. The trim on Cindy 1 was insane. Took hours
Overall score: 4/5 - CindyJack is a worthy prize winner. They were absolutely glittered with frost, the taste keeps you wanting more and the high certainly packs a punch with claims of 24% thc. The downside is that it takes 13weeks, so quite a while - but and there is a but, it’s worth it. I almost pulled 3 ounces (dry) off 1 plant with no lst or topping
Likely to grow again: 4/5 - CindyJack makes my top 5
Thanks for reading :)
It was a tale of 2 Cindy’s.
Living soils cindy and bio green cindy. Bio green Cindy produced the biggest and most bud with less trim, however that could be due to the pot size - 26 litres compared to 19 litres on living Cindy
They grew incredibly easily with not much effort needed to keep going. Apologies I had not updated the diary for a while, all carried on as expected.
The genetics were strong, a reputable brand.
Dry nutrients have their advantage, less hassle with ph and measurements with quick autos definitely have their advantage and I’m likely to use dry going forward
