Hey there. You could start a flush I mean it's about the time when I start to check the tricomes with a loupe. I also like to wait until I see good tricome development. I start to flush when I have roughly 95 to 100% cloudy tricomes and a10 to 14 day flush will give the plant time to develope some good amber 'couch lock' tricomes. Hope this helps. CHEERS!!!

Hey there I noticed that you are using Tiger Bloom . I can almost guarantee it's what's causing the lock out IMO because it's super strong and personally to much for auto flowers. I've had much better luck by simply amending soil with Happy Frog all purpose 6.4.5 and call mag. . I had the same problem until I stopped using Tiger Bloom and since then I have not had any issues. Other than that your grow looks good, nice job with first grow.
