Starting some Master Kush from seed. Soil mix includes BX-Promix extra perlite, volcanic ash, and some worm castings. Might do a bit of LST but focus will be on just flowering these seeds out ASAP.

Veg day 21 - nothing to report
Veg day 22 - Growth has been slow but steady. Thinking it’s likely CO2 deficiency as all Fresh air intake is vented exhaust from the flower room which is in full bloom. Hmm... may have to rethink this ventilation. Feed feed water continues today with water.
Veg day 23- feed
Veg day 24- no update
Veg day 36.- Happy girls seeing the sun for the first time. Additional soil mix is same as before. BX promix and perlite 2:1. Additional volcanic ash and worm castings. First watering was generic AB 1/4 strength, Rhizotomic and Mammoth P microbes. PH adjusted to 6.3 300ppm.
Veg day 42 - after a week of wind and weather for the first time both seem to be acclimatizing well enough. A squirrel seems to like digging. Any suggestions for critter deterent?
Non-interference continues. Whole goal of this grow besides some tasty buds is to see what these genetics produce as a baseline without any tricks or “special” nutrients. Besides a squirrel that keeps burying nuts we’re doing alright
GIrls are happy. Thirsty in the photos but great overall. Some predators making a home. No squirrel digging since cracking a bunch of black pepper over the soil, but likely due for another dose. Any chance of this influencing the caryophylene presence in the final product? Only one way to find out. Stay tuned?
Aggressive bud growth. New pests coming and going without much issue for now. Some yellowing of leaves on the inside which aren’t getting much sun. Pulled a few dead leaves. Pretty happy where i’m at. Watch out for Japanese beetles. They will devour a lot of leaf very quickly.
Thought the seeds were OG Kush then found the container to realize my label was incorrect and this was the only old photo of them germinating. Apologies for the bum special fx on the intro shot.
