Let's try some of Sweet Seeds that they generously send last year. I hope they will smell good. I am used to eating cheese, but I hope smoking it will be pleasant !
I am excited to taste their Cream Caramel *-*
Edit 24/03 One sweet cheese sprouted, one to go !
I had to absent myself for some days due to an emergency, and hopefully those two survived, unfortunately I lost one gorilla glue due to a slug, but those two are fine. I like their first leaves I find them very beautiful compared to some other strains !!
They are looking pretty well, growing nicely, I haven't smoked some cheese for a while and I have got those good memories of it, who has tried their cheese? How is it? Tell me in the comments!!
They will soon get a new pot! I have never grown any fast version strain and if you have remarks about fv strain or advices, please feel free to tell me!
Thank you @SweetSeeds for sending those seeds !
One of those seem very happy but the other have problems I will try to see what I can do this week for her. They have been put outside as the GG but they seem to like it, except for the tops that show a little cold but It won"t be a prob.
I am excited for her to flower I don't have much time to take care of them and sorry for those poor descriptions, photos and all but my job and the garden is taking so much time. Gotta eat more homemade food! Not just smoke homemade buds ;)
I only took pics of one of them the sun was blocking me for the others, great strain, it really grows strongly ! Smells good but it's not very strong, I have lsted her, I am going to see what happens if she likes it or not, 2nd cheese is more in a christmas tree shape
They are doing well except one that is showing signs of stress.. I really don't know why those leaves are like that, it is showing after the heavy rains and strong wind, maybe she was getting acclimated to it and the sudden sun got her stressed ? Until recently they were very resistant to all kinds of problems happening but now, she seems not so happy
Very impressive flowers by the Power flower from RQS, 88% sativa, looking really beautiful, she is starting to have pink pistils and it's so damn beautiful. The cheeses are starting to flower, not much odors yet but they look healthy
Lots of wind, they started flowering nicely, buds doesnt seem to be huge but they are quite happy, A mantis came to see them ladies ! I hope she stays ! It's a female so I hope she lays some cocoons
@FR_PhenoFinder, if you get a good one their 100% accurate. You test out to the drip line around your plant. Right to the edge of your plant. Small roots will be out as wide as your plant is wide. An 8 foot round plant has 8 foot round roots basically. 6 to 7 ph is good. Land where leaves fall and rot into the ground leaves the soil ph in the 5 area
Hi Freno, IMO your cheese is affected by cal/mag and P deficiency maybe triggered by soil ph too low (acid) or too much water or both. I got the same issue (but milder) with my cheese although she's planted in plain soil (abundantly amended). I think that is particular need of this strain. Try to check Ph. Good luck
I see that you have curcubits planted around your weed--cukes and zukes? Well these are very prone to powdery and downy mildew and these diseases may spread to your other plants. In fact it looks like your veggies are heavily infested by mildew. I would fungicide everything and throw down some fertilizer. I plant weed in my veggie garden and have the same issues.
@garbanzoeater, Thank you ! I don't know a world where fungicide have any use. Plants carries tons of fungus in their leaves and microbes and microorganisms, putting a fungicide will exterminate that healthy living population.
