I’ve just planted two Blue Dream autos from Fast Buds. A big sativa strain. Looking forward to it.
UPDATE: both seed popped! Nice.
UPDATE: both seed popped but one of them died pretty early on. I’ll plant a backup seed.
UPDATE: the third seed I planted has popped. Nice.
One of the Blue Dreams is a week ahead of the other one. Both are little seedlings still. Just micro watering both and keeping an eye on the early growth. Looking forward to trying this one. I saw it being used on ‘Cooked with Cannabis’.
Still tiny seedlings. Just micro watering. I’ve moved them into the flowering tent early. There was plenty of room after the terrible incident where I killed a few plants (Lemon Grass) and maybe mutated a few (Purple Pair).
One Blue Dream is a week ahead of the other. One looks like a 3 week plant, in preflowering. I’ve tied her main stem down. The other is a two week old plant. Two leaf nodes. Barely left seedling stage.
Both are green and healthy. I’m being careful with the feeding, only just started to add feed to the watering. Apparently this strain loves a feed! Still I’m being careful after past mistakes.
The older Dream is in full flowering mode. She is stretching. Trying to get above the canopy in the flowering tent. I’m turning and training to keep her honest. The younger Dream is well into preflowering and also stretching well.
I have scrogging nets on all three sides of the flowering tent as well as across the centre. I think these two plants, both in the back corners of the tent, will be trained up the sides as much as out across the main net. I originally put these nets in to get a ‘cube of green’ instead of just a sea of green. Part of my original stealth grow idea. It never quite worked with a four plant configuration. But with a 9 plant setup it could be possible.
Both plants are really hungry. I’m having to up their feeding dose as they look slightly more pale than i would like. Healthy though. Fast Buds warn that this one likes a feed.
I’m still harvesting plants early. Catching up though. Won’t be long before the new perpetual cycle allows me to catch up and treat these plants better. Still fair quality at 8 weeks without curing.
I’m running out of time to update so many diaries. The perpetual grow pattern doesn’t work with separate diaries like this. So I’m rethinking how I do it and adding some new tech to the tent to help. I’ll post all the harvests on existing diaries and get back with adding new diaries soon.
