Per l'essicazione userΓ³:
- ventilatore con aria puntata al minimo (ovviamente non sulle cime)
- deumidificatore al 50%
- climatizzatore puntato a 17ΒΊ, lo so che sono pochi ma ho potuto notare che le cime restano belle dure e croccanti!!
