Welcome! Watch and join me virtually with my first real autoflower grow!
Running 4 strains. 2 of those are Seedsman’s autoflower freebies namely Auto Lemon and Magnum.
Buffered my cheap coco with Botanicare CalMag and Botanicare Hydroguard twice.
4/4 germination. Soaked in water for about 16-18 hours then sowed.
March 26 4 out of 4 sprouted.
At Day 4, The Magnum and Auto Lemon stretched especially the Magnum.
Day 5, Amnesia Gold Auto and Zamaldelica Auto looking good. Could definitely tell it’s going to be some good ones
Day 7, last day of ph’d water only. Tomorrow they will start taking General Hydroponics Flora Trio with Botanicare CalMag.
Wasn’t able to take pics of Day 8.
Starting this week with some low level nutrient mix of General Hydroponics. All measurement guides were from Seed to Stoned’s youtube video.
At Day 11, I increased my quantum board’s light to 50%. It will stay at 50% until pre-flowering begins.
At Day 14, I measured my lux and set it to 50k+. Power of quantum board is now at 75% to formally enter them into vegetative stage. Light to canopy distance is 17 inches. Temperature hovered to 95 F+
Tomorrow, I will increase the nutrient contents of my feed and finally see the explosive growth of autoflower.
Started to increase the nutrient contents of my feed during Day 15. Expecting to see some robust growth this week.
At Day 16, I added some stand so water won’t be stagnant on the pot and intake fan to lower down the heat inside.
Started to some LST at Day 18.
I decided to let the plant stretch so after tying down, letting it grow vertically more now before tying them down.
Added name tags for each at Day 20. So they’ll feel good having their own identity 😆 They stacking so much I placed my lights the highest it could get. Hoping it would stretch to do some real LST.
Will start this week with low stress training.
At Day 24, I topped my Magnum Auto since the nodes of this got too messy, this is the only strain that I will top.
At Day 25, I let go of the LST and let the Auto Lemon and Amnesia Gold Auto grow lateral since the leaves are getting too fucked.
Ending my Week 4 by re-tying down the Amnesia Gold Auto and adjusting the Zamaldelica Auto’s LST.
Starting my 5th week with intense LST to Zamaldelica Auto and some minor tying for Auto Lemon and Amnesia Gold Auto.
Day 30, and still not showing some pistil. Hoping to yield 2-3 oz per plant.
At Day 32, I did some minor defoliations to increase bud sites. Zamaldelica Auto started to show pre-flowers.
Wasn’t able to take a photo of Day 33 since my main water pipe leaked and I needed someone to come over and fix it so I got busy
Last week of vegetative stage. Used ph balanced water yesterday and today to cleanse the coco and start using flowering nutrient content.
Relocated my tent in my bedroom since I always use my AC. Temp drastically went down, which will benefit my buds during flowering.
At Day 37, I noticed some colors on the girls especially the Auto Lemon.
At Day 40, I decided to give them all intense low stress training to increase bud-sites and maintain the canopy low. Ran out of binder clips, so the Magnum Auto would be trained tomorrow.
The Amnesia Gold Auto is drooping slightly so I plan to feed them all with root inoculant to juice up their root system.
Forgot to buy some binder clips, will LST the Magnum at last day of the week.
Ending this week by training the Magnum with low stress training.
Starting my second week of flowering with some ph-balanced water to flush salt build-ups. Auto Lemon is starting to pack up some density on its buds.
Wasn’t able to take a photo of Day 45. The plants are drying way too fast than I can keep up. I am already feeding 1-2 times a day, maybe some time near the second half of flowering, it needs to be thrice a day.
Did lollipop-ping and some defoliation for the air flow and clearing of dying leaves.
Will start taking group photos of the girls in landscape view.
Starting week 8 with ph-balanced water to flush the nutes and replace it with bloom-focused nutrients.
Starting Day 53, I will start my first pheno-hunting from Jordan of the Islands selection. The small cell-pots will be included in the group photo but they will have their own separate diary.
There are trichomes on all the girls which is great. Wishing that I could yield more than 10 oz in this run.
The Auto Lemon’s buds getting dense slowly everyday. This and the Magnum will definitely be a 8 or 9 week finisher. The goal is 90% cloudy and 10% amber for that intense cerebral high.
Starting Week 10, I will only take photos every first and last day of the week since there are not much changes during flowering. This way, comparing the buds will be significantly noticeable.
I’ll still be using last week’s nutrients for the Amnesia Gold Auto ‘cos I feel they’ll be finishing around 10 week.
Right now, my favorite smell is the Magnum which really surprised me. The smell is like grapefruit. The Auto Lemon gives off a skunk smell rather than lemon. Out of all, the Zamaldelica Auto has the weakest smell.
The Magnum started to show some few ambers on its trichomes. I will flush it straight for one week.
Flushing the Magnum now for 10 days straight before chopping. I personally want my trichomes to be less amber to have that powerful head high.
The Amnesia Gold Auto will have the same nutrient mix for the next two weeks.
The Auto Lemon and Zamaldelica Auto will have their last week of having nutrients, they will be flushed until I see some few ambers on the trichomes.
Harvested Magnum at Day 77.
Zamaldelica Auto and Auto Lemon will be harvested next week or after that.
The Amnesia Gold Auto will take 3 more weeks.
This was the most beautiful looking, best smelling strain out of the four. It showed some beautiful colors too which was lovely. I will update the harvest the dry weight.
