spyder started from seed aprx 3 weeks ago, last grow of this strain went great, time will tell on this one,,, its a great old strain, strong plants, great for scrog...decent producer and good quality. Northern Lights is a base in many many of today's crosses..

spyder shes spreading some, looks not to bad...I have a couple others in tent that will be used for clones for an outdoor in the greenhouse also..
spyder well, shes doing what I've asked of her, still seems ok,,, decent color, still training and removed a few leaves today,,,no stress to mention, theres still hope for me yet.....lmao..

spyder well this is her last week to veg, will be flipping in a few days , maybe a light defoliation etc..
UPDATE: started on 12/12 today (may 15) at 6am after 36 hours of dark, one step closer to her glory..lol..
NEW UPDATE: did alittle more defoliation and training yesturday, May 20 for a bit more air and penetration, no signs of stress today...

My babies are growing up,,,seems to be doing pretty well,,,bud sites are starting to fill in,,,still a ways to go yet,,hope she continues to fluff up for me...
Update: last 2 days leaves turning yellow and drying out...think a nute deficiency, so given some for a boost and added molasses, asa, minor peroxide and calcium....fingers crossed,,,raised light also..

well..a new week and an issue,,,started to yellow fast,,think maybe a phosphorous, magnesium or calcium issue,,so fed her and raised the light also 2 days ago..fingers crossed she comes back to normal..any suggestions let me know what you think it might be..came on fast..within a cpl days..seems to not be getting worse since feeding extra but..not recovered by any means...fingers crossed...lol
Update...think phosphorous defic. I watered heavy few days ago planning on going away for couple days but didnt go,,then continued with reg. water regiment not paying attention, so could be factor in issue..hoping I caught it in time,,
Update: buds still showing some sugar..lol..things almost look stable again..a couple more days and will know if I fixed the issue,,fingers crossed..dont want to declare victory yet..but looking hopeful...lol

well..damage already done will never repair or come back,,,,that is known and expected, but no new damage, so seems to have stabilized and showing crystal development still..will probably be slowed down now,,but at least not showing signs of any new issues etc..so hopeful i have fixed the issue and we soldier on...lol not 100% sure but fairly sure it was phosphorous issue..fingers crossed...lol

wk6 flower..after the issues last cpl weeks..she looks like crap...but she is still kickin and buds are getting abit more dense etc...lol...we're on the home stretch now...crystals are continuing to come along,,as said last week,,the damage that was done will not come back, but she is a tough girl..still doing her thing...
This is why great genetics is so IMPORTANT...no one is perfect and shit happens...great Genetics makes recovering alot more probable etc...If this was a weak genetic etc she would be toast..I cannot say enough about the strong genetics of WeedSeedsExpress..it seriously makes a difference...unless you never have issue,,never make a mistake,,lmao..we all have issues at times..GREAT SEEDS = GREAT WEED...

This is an awesome strain,,strong, smells lemony, fresh, and WSE genetics are super strong,,I made a few mistakes along the way on this grow and still a decent harvest,,24oz wet... Its Potent, full of crystals, super sticky goodness...hard tight buds,,,once dried/cured for awhile, i will update this further...

spyder I made mistakes on this one and still a decent harvest of quality weed,,super tight hard buds,,,,once dried and cured I will update further,,tons of sticky crystals, strong sweet lemon smell, did a test dry smoke of one small bud a few days ago and it has a nice kick,,strong yet mellow high..I personally love Northern Lights and understand why it is the base for literally tons of crosses/hybrids, it is pest/mold resistant and forgiving to mistakes we may make..
Update: Dry Weight.... 71.9 grams dry weight..better than expected considering the issues I caused...lol...great tight, resin filled buds...gotta love it..and its great smoke to boot...
@Mortal_morty, ya..I trimmed it basically before putting it on the screen...might do a little finer trim afterwards..if needed....no idea on chlorophyll breakdown before drying..there are as many ideas,,ways,,traditions,,scientific rights,,wrongs,,etc..as there are growers it seems sometimes, so I just kinda do what I've been doing for awhile now..I do know I am not necessarily conventional or right with what and how I do things,,..not even close,,make more mistakes than I want to admit...lol....but am I satisfied,,,100%...lol...
@Rock_n_Roll_Randy, i've had 100% germinate,,from 7 different strains from them,,decent grows,,even with my shortfalls, always good weed,,I personally think they are a great place to get seeds..I do recommend trying their seeds...
