I had major issues with lighting and heat, installed a new light and bought a better fan.
I am trialing a garage grow in a makeshift rack/tent.
Not the prettiest set up but I am making do with the space I have.
Slowly stepping up the nutrients this week and started to lightly train. I have decided to feed 2L every 2 days as the coco was remaining moist instead of drying a bit.
Not much has changed this week except for her size, distance to light hasn't changed due to LST. She's starting to get really bushy now.
There is a very mild fresh smell when you go into the tent.
Still spacing out the feeds to every second day but nutrients are being bumped up now from 2.5ml to 3-3.5ml then to 4ml, I will slowly introduce bloom next week to prepare for flowering.
This week is starting off with a hotter day, but with winter approaching temps and humidity will be perfect for the rest of the grow.
Full strength nutes for the second week now and will slowly introduce bloom nutes.
Light has gone to flower 100% red 100% white and 100% blue
She has grown extremely well over the past week and pistils are starting to show.
All I can say is god damn she's beautiful, pistils coming out from everywhere.
This week I'm focusing on keep her low and dropping the veg nutes a bit and pumping with the bloom nutes.
My god she is getting chunky, I've stepped up the bio Diesel to fatten her up this week.
Plenty of trichomes forming now and she has started to put out a very sweet but chemical smell.
I have had issues with humidity this week due to constant rain, I will purchase an air-con to dry out the air next week if I can't keep it under control.
Some major issues this week. Humidity got away from me and I got lazy with feeds. On top of that my PH meter broke so I had 2 feeds with major swings.
I have replaced the meter, and started to feed on a more strict schedule.
I'm hoping I don't need to flush and slowly bring back nutes as I have some rust spots up high and slightly yellowed tips
I am concerned that no colour had come out the budsites yet but we still have a few more weeks to go.
I finally got the temperature and humidity under control and starting to see her bulk up now.
A more light pink hue has come out, still waiting on that deep purplles to pop but I am starting to think this pheno isn't as purple.
This week is all about bulking I'm banking on flush and harvest at the end of week 10
I harvested a half week early IMO but with the issues early on I just wanted to chop and dry and use this as a learning experience.
The buds are a bit airy but I'm unsure if it's just the strain. I'll pop another bean and see how that goes.
