Autos should be toped above the 4th node, removing the 5th pair of leaves.
Personally I would not top outdoors, for some reason they just grow much slower than when indoors.

I would give her more time until more hairs are brown (about 50 percent) its your descision and you see more of the plant.

Wow, you start LST early! Best of luck with everything. Windowsill grows are awesome. You get the best of both worlds: free full-spectrum sunlight + the control of an indoor grow.
