Started seeds under wet paper towel for 2 days, until the first seed popped (the strawberry cheesecake). Added mycorrhizae directly onto seeds. Will keep them indoors under a 15W Amazon LED grow light for the first 2 weeks after sprouting. Will aim for 2-4 inches away from the light, at half light intensity until the first set of true leaves.
Some slight helmet head on the Strawberry Cheesecake as it popped up. Misted it and added a misted plastic bag over the cup as a makeshift humidity dome. by the time I was home from work, the shell was pliable enough to pull off with tweezers. The shell left behind a strange, white film holding the cotyledons together. Ended up having to pull that off, too.
Both seedlings were up and open on day 6 from seed, 4/6/21. fed them only RO water daily, and a dose of Root Magic mixed in on day 6. The cotyledons of the Larry Lemon OG are a bit yellow in the middle, but green on the edges. Hoping that light and time will green her up.
