Germination? It seems like theres no special first or blue clone rooting.
That said, this is the cutting i took when i topped the chemdawg a couple of weeks ago. Like germination this is my weak spot, so i tried to work as clean as possible with the clone and planted it directly into soil. At first i didnt hope for succeeding, but, after a week or 3 i start to notice some minor growth. Roots are just not yet visible on the pics, theyre just peaking out. Maybe 1 day max. Had a hard time, but it will get a long nice live. The good growth is the combination of good Standard genetics like the WSE Chemdawgn and the fantastic marshydro ts 1000 doing a great job all along.
The light went to the bloom room so now they survive with some blurple 23w led and a warm white LED 7w. but its only for 2 weeks tops.
So only now i decided to take it outside as soon as possible. In the new greenhouse. No more -ish, but the real thing. 12m² . But most is for things people actually live on, veggies, youll see them pass by in these outdoor season adventure 2021, 1 year into the corona era!!

Chemdawg doing fine and starting to move. Its only 4 days in its new 5l pot and the roots still need to grow. Im sure next week, growth will be noticeble.

Chemdawg not growing to much, thats a good thing. I keep these baby's as small as possible, so i dont need to cut into it 2. Ive got the greenhouse space, but it needs to stay as much as possible out of the eyeside for people who arent aware or just refuse the idea of cannabis.
That said, it will be a summer of twisting, turning and cutting!!
Ive got a plan, the difficulty ist to stick with it.
Usual 1 feeding with molasses and microbeneficials. Rest of the week ph water.

Chemdawg went outside into the greenhouse yesterday. The long term meteo does look positive, just 2 nights under 5 degrees celcius in the coming 4 days and than it should start rising to 8 to 9 degrees celcius at night. So I took the chance now to start, and get me some 2 weeks extra on the vegging part.
Inside, they where shooting up and no horizontal growth.
1 very gentle feeding, rest of the week ph water.

Chemdawg looking on track. Good flow this plant. Waterrespons is getting higher. She also shows already sexes.
I will find out if thats a problem or not.
Feel free to leave your toughts about showing sexes during vegging.
You might see some white on the leafs, thats residue of a milkspray ive did last week. It was mostly for the veggies against WPM, but as ive read those amino acids and proteins will not hurt at all, ive givin a good spray preventive, and some directly into the soil 2. It was 1 liter halfskimmed milk with 1.5liters of rain water.
Just water this week, except for the spray.

Chemdawg looking fantastic in her new growbag. I would like not to top her down. But keep her as low as possible.
Maybe ill give her another bigger pot in july, but thats up to her, how fast she grows, or if its to hard to keep her moist enough. Its only 12 liter.
She reacted very well to the LST and got a bit wider.
Daily watering this girl. 1 watering with AM from boķashi.

Did some extra lst this week to open up the canopy.
All first to third internodes on the branches are removed.
Just rainwater every day. Increased uptake this week bcs days getting longer, over 16h45 min in total, and temps are higher, especially at night. 2 degrees difference is a lot i feel.

This is a clone taken in end march 2021, repotted 2 times. Start of may she went outside to the greenhouse. Since 4 days all 3 plants, runtz, haze and chemdawg, show all preflower signs and seem to stretch. Im at 18h of daylight.
Is this bcs of maturity or stress?

Maturity.
Plants in veg usually grow primordia/pre-flowers when they get to a certain age, but will not start flowering properly until the light cycle starts to drop.
This is completely normal and not a problem and your plants will not start flowering pre-maturely.
They may appear to be stretching, but is more likely to now be getting sunlight for a long amount of hours.
Probably loving life outside!

Chemdawg also doing a great job. Same here like the Runtz and Haze, some extra hst supercropping and a bit of LST with little weights to maintain a more or less even canopy and widen the plant.

All doing good. Nonetheless the weather is not that great, temps and humidity are good and plants react very good.
Ive read some article about VPD, vapor pressure deficit, thats very intresting.
In the pics you see 2 situations, and its clear that plants get stressed a lot according to these list.
Im trying to do the best i can by adding some moist into the greenhouse. I had very dry conditions and very stressfull. 35 degrees celcius with 45% humidity seems just cruel.
Made a other small batch of water with a small dosage of compost tea, aired for 24h, some honey and bokashi juice.
The honey ive added after 12h of airation of the tea, so it had a good foam on it, smelling sweet and wet forest.

Chemdawg getting into bloom for sure now. She had a little bit of defficiency, so a good cure of nutrients are givin yesterday.
Humic acid, more roots, organic veg and organic calmag solved in water and givin to the soil.
A foilar spray was made with 3ml/L of growzyme.

I have some doubts around the chemdawgs conditions. Its looking not that bad and is in to bloom allready. But much of the pistels turn very fast into brown one's.
Theres some troubles in the greenhouse in general. Despite the precautions i take, humidity got my Zuchini and some of the big strains of tomato show molds. So i did a lavadust dusting on all the plants. It should harden the plants exterior dry out exces moist and its sharp edges keep bugs on a halt, altough i dont have any bugs at all at the moment. But more on that in the greenhouse life diary.
Gentle watering this week to, with a touche of honey.

Chemdawg stopped growing. Budding has started. Maybe she has a faster respons bcs shes much smaller and is more in the dark.
Waterconsumption went up again and leafs look much better now. Thanks greenbuzzliquids!!!!

Chemdawg furthest along into bloom. And looking allready very compact in building up those mains. Ive removed the bigger fans and cleaned up all the lower sections. More space now for the buds now and better light penetration 2. Stretching stopped and pistils are slowly builing up now.

Chemdawg is getting further into flower. Not much to report so far! Everything going fine!
2 feedings this week, 1 with growzyme, humic acids and grow liquide. 1 with growzyme, humic acids, bloom and more pk.
Waterconsumption is rising.
I invested an other 12 euro in a 4mx6m canvas to cover the entire greenhouse. And now its getting really dark in here. Even after staying 30 min in the greenhouse, it stays pretty dark after getting used to the dark, so thats a real good thing. Its a bit of work everyday!

Week 22,
Chemdawg is starting to produce some bigger budsites. Ive moved the plant, bcs she was to much in the shade of the haze and cucumbers. Theres a noticable difference this week in bloom.
She also started drinking much more, getting a 2 day wet-dry cycle instead of a 3 to 4 day cycle.
I feeded her 2 times this week,
1 with humic acids, growzyme, calmag bloom. 6.5 ph in total
1 with humic acids, growzyme, big fruits, more pk and bloom. 6.2 ph in total.
Rainwater ph 6.7 all other waterings.

Chemdawg making great progress. But, and its a big one, 1 branche showed some mold!!🧐🧐🧐😔🤧😭
Any WISE recommandations will be considerd for treathment this late in its life.
Had this fantastic weather this past week, showing some nice progress. Yesterday we had an awefull day in thermes of massif rains, and humidity peaking to 85% at the daytime. All week i had this fantastic 68% at night and from dawn till dusk it was going within an hour of sunrise to a nice 55%, topping the charts at 2 past noon with 48% humidity.
For the feeding of this week, just 1 feeding with the greenbuzzliquids products above. A little extra calmag this week.

Week 24,
Chemdawg getting into troubles!!!
Molds, or better, botrytis attacked my plant. As im watching the girls like a Hawk, i was always very fast to see the mold and cut the pieces out.
Losses are not that much, but it hurts. Ill keep monitoring her and when i find more and more mold i will cut her down. Otherwise she is deffinitly worth keeping.
The cut down pieces ive removed the visible molded parts, 4 to 5 calyx at most, and gave the buds a wash with hydrogen peroxide 9% 1 to 9.
I found this article about putting matches in the soil should help prevent against gnats and soilfungus. So I tried that out, what could it harm?
Ive put 40 matches in 1 pot. Nooo, just kidding, 4 in each pot of the plants outside. And ones a week replace it.
Om curious about this bcs i use compost from my own garden in the soilmix for my indoor crops and before i had some troubles with gnats in the past using home compost.
Feedings only 1, rest rainwater.

Week 25,
Last days for this girl. Trimmed her up 2 days ago and let her dry outside the greenhouse for to days after a 30 liter flush earlier this week. No more mold so far. Trichomes look milky most just a few ambers, and like 20% still clear. But she will go down soon.
