How big is your rockwool block? Are you hand watering? My current grow using two 6" blocks stacked. I love the growth but I have to water every 48 hours currently and probably once a day once she beefs up,
@Habosabin, Mine are 4" inches. I use 4 of them and they fit perfect in an Autopot base. That way I never water, the autopots mechanism bottom feeds them automatically.
I have 3 airstones underneath and I stack them onto another set of 4 inch blocks every time the roots show through the bottom, keeping the roots right beside the oxygen and nutrient sources through the whole grow.
I invented it as like a form of Aeroponics, to get the same yield/results but without the risks and workload of DWC and Aeroponics, because the roots are protected in the substrate (I've missed kinked lines etc. for over a week and plants were fine). The only work I have to do is to refill the res and restack the blocks once a week.
