Runtz XL Auto Sweet Seeds

THCeitor For the first time after several years of growing Organic, I will be doing a grow with Mineral Fertilizers, in this case from Advance Nutrients. When looking for information on fertilization tables with Advance for Autoflowering, there's very little available, so I decided to be cautious and come up with my own program where in the first week none of the Bases (Grow-Micro-Bloom pH perfect) would be used, to avoid damaging the seedlings. For this reason, in the first week, there was slow but vigorous growth with a beautiful green color. I will start using the bases from day #9, hoping that the growth will explode then; I will also upload a table with the fertilization program weekly so it can help someone else. Regarding temperature and Relative Humidity, the temperature was between 24°C and 30°C on average and the RH was at 40%. The humidity is low mainly because they are small pots that generate little evaporation from the substrate. I will correct this situation on day #12 with the final transplant to 11 liters. I also don't use a humidifier, the extractor is on 24 hours a day, and I water every day, fertilizing every other day. I hope to apply a bit more additives in the second week and start with LST. THCeitor This week I'm still observing slow growth, although the main stem has a good diameter as well as the small lateral branches. We're going slow but steady compared to previous organic crops of autoflowers 😅. So I started feeding the plants with the Grow and Micro Bases, as indicated in the chart at the end of the images, trying not to over-fertilize by using 1 ml per liter. Regarding humidity, I managed to increase it to 50%, it could still be better. The temperature is relatively stable (22-30°C). Day 12: The final transplant to 11 liters was done, adding a bit of mycorrhizae and Piranha at 2 ml/liter. Day 13: Although I still see them a bit small, I started with LST, a minimal defoliation of a couple of leaves per plant, and the removal or pruning of 1 bud per plant that was poorly positioned. In the third week, I hope to continue with LST, which is a daily task.

THCeitor We're starting the third week, with both plants looking very similar. I'm improving the LST daily and slightly increasing the fertilizer doses. Runtz #1 shows a bit more vigorous growth than Runtz #2. Day 17: Due to low temperatures outside, the indoor temperature dropped, reducing the evapotranspiration of the crop, so I did NOT water this day. Day 18: I applied 2 ml of B-52, 2 ml of pH perfect Micro, and 2 ml of pH perfect Grow. The next day I noticed a slightly dark color, so I decided to water for 2 consecutive days (day #19 and #20) with water to avoid over-fertilization. Day 21: I lowered the dose to 1 ml per liter of all fertilizers to prevent over-fertilization.

THCeitor Normally, an autoflowering plant is already flowering in the fourth week, but these RUNTZ autos just don't want to stop growing, forming a phenomenal structure thanks to LST.

THCeitor After day #30, I started to notice a dark green tone in the leaves, which indicated to me the beginnings of nitrogen excess, so I lowered the dose from 1.5 ml/liter to 0.5 ml/liter of the BASE GROW. I remind you that this is my first grow with mineral fertilizers after years of using Bio Bizz. Regarding the flowering, I can already see a greater number of pistils on all the side branches.

THCeitor Halfway through, I'm still noticing a slight excess of Nitrogen, so I'm lowering the dose to 0.5 ML per Liter of BASE GROW as shown in the Fertilization table. Both plants are very vigorous and have formed a nice branched structure; I hope they are good producers. It would be ideal to get 100 grams dry between the two, in about 12 to 13 weeks. I always water only with water the last 2 weeks, but in this case, for the one that is ready first for harvest, I will apply some root washing product.
