Mainlining going well, established 3x strong arms which will then be topped another 1-2 times. Defoliating to keep stems defined & growth upwards

For water growing your ph should be set at 5.8 for veg and 6.2 6.3 for flower. Your ladies will double in size and more., so you flip depending on the head height you have so the plant doesn't go higher than what is a safe distance from your lights. Cheers
