Since root training isn't in the technique list...
I gave her a big haircut on the part that's in the water...๐ฟโ๏ธ๐ป
They recovered well from the root training, did a massive defoil and continued their training... flipping the hours next weekend๐ฟโฏ๏ธ๐๐ป
