Generally, looks good to me. Good size, node count, decent bulking. Looks healthy.
You should typically/probably cover those roots though hey. I've grown a fair amount of plants with roots exposed (though outdoor) and it's never good. I recently had a plant with exposed roots (much less than that), and holy shit did it bitch EVERY FUCKING DAY....coz I kept on washing off the soil I covered the roots with when watering, so I added a bit extra to make sure it's covered and it's been super happy since then.
