It can be. If you have multiple lights that can be height-adjusted... Do a trial and error... Put one up higher... And leave one as is... Leave a seedling under the lower and see if the burn stays compared to the others under the higher light. if it's a single frame light...slant it. You'lll get your answer then. I know this isn't a straight answer but least you can deduce the possibilities with this process. If it's light the you know it's neuts! Good luck!
@Vincent_Van_Grogh, The dehumidifier I bought works by freezing the air and that lowers the temperature in there by a fiew degrees. Also just before the lights go off I open up the tent for a bit and that usually helps the temps.
