Happy grow season to all!
First off, I have to say I am really excited about this strain. Brand new from MM Genetics, Growdiaries doesn't even have it in the system.
I've been wanting to try MM Genetics for a couple years, mainly Nightingale and Hiydrow, but unfortunately both those strains were out of stock on Seedsman. However I did come across this Night Nurse and immediately knew this is exactly what I wanted.
But why is it so special?
22% THC and 18% CBD
Yep, that's right, I couldn't believe it either! This is the highest cannabinoid content of any 1:1 strain, and if the numbers are anywhere near what their lab reports claim it's going to be really worth it.
From Seedsman:
"Night Nurse CBD 1:1 is a medicinal cannabis strain which results from a cross between Exodus Cheese and a high CBD strain. With an average of 22% THC and 18% CBD Night Nurse CBD 1:1 has the highest levels of THC and CBD of any existing 1:1 variety available.
This 60% sativa plant has an indoor flowering time of 65 days producing yields of between 500 - 600 gr/m2. Plants grown outdoors can deliver up to 800 gr./plant. Carbon filters are advised indoors as Night Nurse retains the potent Skunk nose!
This 'entourage effect', as it is called, is produced by the combination of different cannabinoids acting together. In the case of Night Nurse CBD 1:1 use is recommended for treating anxiety, autism, Alzheimerโs Disease, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, PTSD and stress."
Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, PTSD and stress are all components of my trainwreck, so this is gonna be perfect!
I'm also going to be incorporating some biodynamic practices into my gardening this year.
I started these on April 22nd, under the waxing gibbous moon in Leo on a seeding day. I placed the 2 seeds directly in about 1/2 pint of Coast of Maine Sprout Island Blend potting soil in Jiffy pots. They were placed in a 1020 tray with the rest of my starts under a humidity dome. The tray sits on a Vivosun heat mat with the thermostat set at 78F. I gently watered using a spray bottle and our pristine well water.
I think she had problem from start. this is one of the rare situatuins where i would blame genetics
ive had such acrumbely thing too. i just let here grow, she was no beauty queen but she gave me aharvest
i dont think there is anythong you can fix. Give her love and attention, water and food,
@Mrs_Larimar, Thank you for that๐ She has been improving little by little every day.
Today I bought some spent mushroom substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer down the road and crumbled them around the base and watered them in. Hoping the mushroom mycelium works their magic๐
I agree its hard this year , quite challenging. But hey i like challenges๐
hoping for warm and dry Autumn
What was the Name of the CBD?, she looks fantastic!
Niiiice! I just tossed a couple of these same beans in some water a few minutes ago. Tomorrow they'll go in paper towel to germ. Not sure if I'll grow out the seedlings in dirt or if I'll start them off in the aerogarden but I'll definitely be doing a soil grow with them, indoor under full spectrum LED.
@Mrs_Larimar, LOL! Hello to you too๐
It's all good๐ I'm really excited for this one too๐
Gonna be some high quality medicine if the #'s are true๐Just what the Nurse ordered๐
