First time setting up the Oxypots. The pump supplied is absolute shit so it will be running with no bubbles for 2 days until a quiet pump arrives.
Really looking forward to comparing the same strain from two breeders.
2 weeks since the last update. The roots have just started to touch the nutrient solution so I'm hoping she starts to take off now 😁
The first change of nutrients well pretty well, not done it before but once I'm in the swing of it, I reckon it will take 1 hour every fortnight 👌
After a busy fortnight I went into the tent to find these two ladies absolutely loving life! The roots hit the reservoir about 2 weeks ago and the growth is noticeably fast 😁
The Ammo from FastBuds is a little behind the RQS but looks super healthy.
I started adding calmag and silicon (couldn't afford it any sooner) so hopefully they'll be nice and happy for the rest of the grow.
ALSO - Gave them both a foliar treatment with Shogun Geisha
I have discovered some brown spots on the lower leaves.
I suspect it might be down to ph fluctuations - first time growing DWC so probably my bad!
Does anyone agree?
I should also add - I did a nutrient change a few days ago and for the first time added calmag & silicon
Hi mate, you're absolutely right. This is due to PH. It really depends on the kind of water you have used. Tap water ions react with nutrients and ph adjusters to raise or lower the ph. I started using deionised water for this reason and have seen great results because of it. Reverse osmosis water works too. You clearly know what you're doing so keep up the green work, good luck and happy growing

Did some major defoliation both 1 week ago (week 6 no diary entry) and this week.
Fortnightly spray with geisha foliar.
Will soon be adding Shogun Sumo Active Boost but it didn't arrive in time.
Week 4 of flower and the girls are looking very healthy. I skipped a week of nutrients so the RQS plant is a little yellower than the FastBuds plant.
Super impressed with how simple this grow has been so far.

Another quick update on the Amnesia Haze. Things are going extremely well. Long may it continue!
This week the humidity was getting way too high, almost 70% so I invested in a dehumidifier. Now sitting around 45-50% all the time 😁
The buds are rock solid now, growing daily. Love the speed and quality of this strain.
Only very minor signs of PH fluctuations on the leaves.

The weeks are flying by and the girls look like they're on steroids. The growth and density on both plants are incredible.
There are some buds that are almost ready so may do a little "pre-harvest" so I can sample it ASAP!!
The nugs look more 'top shelf' on this plant, not sure what it is, they just seem slightly denser with nice colours.
The tent is like a forest of dense sparkling buds now. The pistils are turning orange and trichomes are everywhere. There's still lots of new growth so there's going to be a good amount off her. 😎
Next week I will be only feeding Shogun Sumo active boost and Shogun Dragon Force, the following week I will flush and hope that she's ready for harvest!
Summer is the busiest time for my work so I will probably have to harvest no matter what in 3 weeks time

This FastBuds variety is much smaller than the RQS version but the nugs look very different to each other. Check out my other diary and see what you think.
Next week I will flush and then harvest 😀
Only feeding water now before harvest next week. I'm so pleased with these plants and can't wait to try them.

Big respect to @FastBuds for the insane genetics. I've never grown buds that dense before!
This was harvested yesterday after a week of flushing. This weeks update is primarily to show the buds just before the chop.
These are some damn beautiful buds 😍 Really love the genetics. It is much smaller than the Royal Queen Seeds version I am also running but I have a feeling the qaulity of the buds will make up for it. RQS more like a traditional sativa, the fast buds leaves have a more ruderalis look.
There has been some fox tailing on the larger buds. Not something I have experienced. They look beautiful, I think it's in the genes to have this look. 😎👍
The smell of this one is stunning and really lingers on your fingers for a long time.
My next update will be after drying with some weights, I suspect this one will be good!
Love, love, love, this strain. The genetics are great and so pleased with 95g for my first DWC attempt. Only 16 weeks from seed, really impressive. My next grow will be FastBuds for sure!
