Ive had my first go a LST, from what I understand its about getting all the bud sites growing vertical.
My leaves are very low, hope thats ok, and its all a bit twisted, but I think its going ok.
Would welcome any advice.
Im going to continue with the Lst until the plants start to flower

if you'd like,,check my Northern Lights scrog and my purple haze greenhouse diaries for ideas on training/trimming/defoliation, i'm far from a pro,,but do use the method to promote bud sites as you mentioned above..
