Here she is after a few weeks of isolation in a low watt grow area. She was place and clipped off a clone ( Mother Diary Chocolope Clone ) on April 9 -2021 I did not start at the germination stage. Sorry!
The diary starts at the first day under the big light transplanted into her new home, where in a few weeks i will move her outside to continue to flourish. She is healthy and happy in her new home. I will bump up nutrition in the next week.
Follow along since I haven't done Soil less Outside with a clone in awhile. lol
The secret to keeping her alive in a small beer cup is keep her hydrated and moderate humidity and Temperature but don't over water and use very little Nutrition. I lost a few clones with over watering in the past few moths I also lost a clone to not watering her soon enough too.😎

First week under the full light and she is starting to grab root in her new environment, She managed to grow another 2 inches. Increased the nutrition a tad bit and the Cal/Mg too. Gave the whole plant a good soaking. i also added some B1 to her diet.
We will see how that helps.
Overall she looks amazing, She had a short veg under low light since she was cut a few weeks ago given that she is going outside. to finish off her grow on the deck😎
15-5-2021
She is now outside after 2 weeks of solid growing indoors under 1000w MH where she pushed out nicely. I will keep the Veg nutrition going for the summer until i see signs of flowers. I I might transplant her mid July to a larger final container but don't want her to attract attention with her enormous size. lol She looks really good at this point even though the lows here are around 8c.😎

She looks beautiful and widening out a bit. Because we live in the woods she is responding well to the few hours of direct sunlight. Hopefully she isn't a monster if i have to bring her inside to finish her flower but lets not go there for now lol.
Watering every other day seems to work for now and no pests that i can see so far other than Raccoons sniffing her leaves every now and then.😎
29-5-2021
Starting into week 5 of the veg period and she has survived some pretty chilly temps at night hovering around 0 to 3c. No a wrinkle in her. There is not much direct sunlight here so hopefully she will bud nicely in the fall of might have to finish her inside if i can get her in the door lol. That's a few months away so lets not get too freaked out and light one up.😎
5-6-2021
Outside chasing the sun around the deck as best i can. She is doing great, good color and keeping her well fed and picking off pests like caterpillars, spiders and keeping the dog from licking her bark. lol
Giving her the odd shower to clean off the bird/bat shit. Supposed to rain here for the next week, si i will have to get out and feed her a little more regular.😎
12-6-2021
The outdoor challenge! Still moving her around the deck chasing sunshine. She looks good other than the few spots from insect bites but other than that she is growing and that's what counts. Feeding her every other day and misting her at dusk to control the pests and dust/pollen/bird shit and shad fly skin.😎
19-6-2021
She looks great for the amount of direct light she gets. Still pushing her around the deck and poking caterpillars off and the odd Shad Fly.
Eliminated the Seaweed Nutrition for now and still misting nightly. Seems to help with the pests including a mother Raccoon and her kids who like to frequently waddle over to give her a sniff. lol😎
26-6-2021
Still having cool nights at 8 C to 12 C and warmer days hovering around 25 C has rained a lot this week so have to keep adding a nutrient watering in between to keep her nourished. Days are shortening just a little as we get closer to the beginning of July.
Still the odd pest here and there but nothing that can't be controlled.Haven't trimmed any foliage yet. She looks like she could have a few large Colas once flower starts.😎
3-7-2021
She likes the outdoors and is getting bigger by the day. Watering every day now especially with all the rain we've had the past week. Another 4 weeks before flower starts. Still no pests at all, so this is good. Going to have a hard time keeping her hidden from the road as i predict a 9 footer come harvest.😎
11-7-2021
Growth spurt! She's is taking off quickly i had to put in a very large tomato cage and I managed to do that with only 1 leaf loss Amazing if i might add lol.
We had a few nice sunny days and a few rainy ones. This week calls for rain the whole week with little or no sun.. Giving Nutritional balance sparingly with lower PPM'S as she probably won't need as much nutrition this week as long as the Ph values are good and Cal/Mg is added to the RO water.
Still pulling her around on the deck chasing the sun when it's out. At least the girl is getting the exercise she needs to remain healthy lol 😎💪
17-7-2021
Growth spurt : she passed the 6 foot height and is now viable from the road. Can't notice the cage in there. She swallowing up nutrition since i bumped it up a bit with all the rain. Going to be much the same this week with only one day of sun..
If i have to flower indoors not sure how to get the beast in. lol Still no pests and she has a nice mild smell to her. i know now that with a larger pot and a transplant with a lot more sun beating on her this beast could be 10 foot easy before flower.😎
24-7-2021
She is growing taller everyday. No flower so far but because of the lack of sun,I'm expecting that to start happening in the next week or so. She has passed the size allowing me to bring her in to flower unless I pinch and bend.
A beautiful specimen for any backyard.😎
31-07-2021
Still in veg mode. Probably another week as the daylight is slowly diminishing and so is the nighttime temperatures. I will start flower nutrition next week as we run up to 12hr light cycle.
She is still looking pretty healthy and now well past getting her inside. She has good color and very little in the way of dead leaves. It's close to the time where I will start removing some of the lower growth in preparation for flower.😎
7-8-2021
Flower Baby! Just starting to show a few more hairs so I have added the Flower Nutrition. She looks great and still no pests. She is very tall for her age lol. Not going to be much sun this week mostly rain.😎
14-08-2021
Humidity was crazy last week with soaring temps pounded this girl. Had a small flareup of white mold sprayed some NEEM OIL Hot Water Mix and hopefully that's the last of this. Plant fell over during rainstorm but came away unscathed. She looks good but slowly flowering. Not sure what she will look like in the end because of the low sunshine level on this property.😎
14-08-2021
Humidity still an issue with little or no breeze means white powder mold is back- Trimmed her down did some lollipop thing at the bottom. and been NEEM oil foliage spray a few time last week. I will continue to trim off infected leaves as seen. Hopefully Humidity will take a dive later in the week. Increased the feeding to every second day. She is starting to get into her final stretch of the season, Hoping she would 60 ft trees for some sun but happy the way she looks gong into the last half of August.😎
28-8-2021
There be buds growing! Finally the humidity drops being fighting this mold issue. But because of the flowers i have been doing a peroxide water spray which seems to have ended it. Now just carefully removing the infected leaves for now.
She is looking good and the buds are building slowly.😎
4-9-2021
Into the fifth week of flower and you can see that the buds are getting a wee bit bigger but without full days of Sun back here and only 5 or 6 weeks left before harvest I'm sure she will be enormous lol. Still some Mold floating around and I keep defoliating this every so often. I will give another Peroxide/Water spray in the next day. Over all she is a large plant and still looking good. She has a small smell to her now.😎
11-9-2021
Well it's getting cold with some sun this week. Still picking mold leaves off, Damn Humidity. Otherwise she looks good but buds are small, hopefully they get somewhat bigger in the next few weeks.
Trimmed a couple of smaller branches off the bottom.😎
18-9-2021 Not much to report this week other than it's getting colder and buds are getting a little bigger. Continuing to spray Peroxide /water mix to combat the earlier onset of white mold due to the extreme humidity.😎
25-9-2021
Cooling down quickly but very high humidity, Defoliating a little more now as as we get closer to harvest. This one for sure will get a bud wash prior to drying, so much crap/dead bugs etc. Buds are getting a little chunky now but no where as large as indoor at this location anyways Lack of sunshine. Now i wonder what these temps are going to do to the color of the bud remains to be seen.😎
2-10-2021
This could be the last week of flower before harvest. It's getting cool now in the evening and the chance for frost is approaching. Started scaling back the nutrition and soon to start the rinse. I also plan on washing the bud because of the mold on the leaves and bugs etc. Using a little peroxide and lemon, rinse and repeat then hang to dry.😎
Well bud is harvested, dried and curing. The Strain is a nice strain to grow but unless the sun shines she amounts to a grab bag of weed. Buds were smaller on this one compared to my indoor grow. Never the less she was a nice large plant to have out on the deck.😎
The grow went rather smooth until 3/4 the way through flower and humidity drives upwards with little sunshine resulted in some white powder mold. Even though controlled it tended to get worse and defoliation techniques get it mostly at bay. Late fall temps were cool and wet which played a small part in the continued mold and some small patches of bud rot. Definitely a learning experience but moving indoors where control is easier to regulate. Hope you all enjoyed the grow and stay tuned to more new strains hitting the indoor room soon with some new irrigation modifications done through the summer😎
Happy growing! I hope you get some good results! Take care and stay lit! I will drop by sometimes to check on your process! Say hello if you ever visit my page!
