Wow, that's a lot of nutrients. Start measuring you nutes strength, get a EC/PPM meter. See those clawed leaves with burned tips? That's nutrients overdose. What you are seeing is nutrient lockout due phosphorous (P) of potassium (K) toxicity. Give it a light flush to the soil and just give it pH'ed water for now.
