05/05/21: Planted 9 seeds into Jiffy Pellets after submerging in tap water for 5 hrs. Buffered 9 pots of coco for 1.5x Calmag dose @ 200-220 ppm 06/05/21: No Changes but too impatient in checking the humidity dome every hour 07/05/21: One of the seeds have broken the surface, moved all under lights. Mars Hydro TSL 200 @ 100 Intensity @ 30" 08/05/21: All seeds have sprouted, half still had the casing so I manually removed these along with any excess film stopping the cotyledon from opening up. Stems looking bendy possibly from being left in the dome @ 85+ RH too long. Things that went wrong today: - They all grew out of the jiffy pellets before the first leaves have fully formed. I had to set everything up in a rush to put the exposed roots in a dark place. Back is now sore -AFter transplanting, I watered all plants with 4 litres each of half strength nutes and calmag, and set the lights 30" above canopy. -The aircon is on all day but the temp inside the tent is 30 C and humidity fluctuates between 40 and 60. -I will set up an autowatering system soon using drip halos but boy is handwatering a pain. -Need to look into more efficient draining solutions as well. 9/05/21: I may have overwated my plants. Even tho I have 50/50 perlite, I accidentally soaked the jiffy pellets and the plants while hand watering. -Expecting for all plants to die as to not keep my hopes up -Put dome back on the struggling seedlings to keep humidity up 10/05/21: 7/9 plants looking healthy. The other two are recoverign and showing signs of growth but significantly slower.Dome seems to be working. -Water twice @ 200 ppm. 2L per 5 gallon pot. 11/05/21: Not much changes, Stunted plant is trying its best to recover. Looking unlikely though, it's already a few days behind the largest plant. -WAter once @ 270 ppm 5.8 ph 3 L per pot. 13/05/21: Worried about heat in grow tent lingering around 30-32 C,

Should I abandon the stunted plant? The first set of nodes are tiny and it's trying to grow the second set of nodes but is this plant doomed and am I better off starting with new seeds (another 7-10 days).

It may surprise you and give good smoke and good yield. I'd grow it.

This one has the worst marks but most of my plants have some marks. I hand water for now and get some spots on the leaves by accident. Does this look like Mag deficiency?

They look like water spots. Really hard to avoid when they don’t stretch far above soil. Even the water off soil evaporating will cause if your temps are high and humidity is low. Happy growing and great start!

The main stem of my plant (2 weeks old) snapped like a paper in half 2 cm above the soil while attempting to LST 15 hrs ago. One leaf has dropped dead and crispy while majority of the leaves are still fine. I cant tape it as there are so many new nodes in a short stem.

@nohate,I ooked at the pictures, they still look fine, if something wors happens, it coud be bad. the light shoud be fine at 28-30 inches, give them some time to heal and be happy again. But carefull with watering too much, i give mine around 4 - 4,5dl around the plant, and gradually increase dosis. and if they dong get better, its something else we must find. i cross my fingers for you, and will follow you so i can se how it it going🙏

Hey man look into making “bubble hash” cheapest and most easiest option to deal with all those fluffy nugs and trim bro!
Mr_Dior21
Mr_Dior21commented3 years ago
@nohate, Yeah bro! It’s best to use fresh trim but best thing you can do is put your trim and fluff in the freezer! Leave for a couple days it’ll make the trichomes harden up so you can extract/separate. Hopefully this help.

@Mr_Dior21,Thanks for the advice but will this still be possible if my fluff and trim have been in a box just drying for 3 weeks?
