Absolutely Fascinating!
I cannot get over how significantly different these two plants are. I can only imagine if I had not needed to transplant or done it earlier and given them both less stress what they would've been like. Typically I usually see plants that are outdoors tend to get bigger if given the time, root space and lack of stresses; whereas indoor plants still have the capacity to get fairly large, but definitely have more dense buds. Even with the significant stunting of these plants its going to be so interesting to see what their final weights are like. I'm sure the indoor will have a higher weight even with the damage to the leaves and what not.
I defoliated some useless stuff off the bottoms and am occasionally plucking any leaves that have gotten too damaged to where I don't think they're an asset anymore.
Pistils are starting to mature, and we're about 55-58 days in. The Mango Smiles can Typically go anywhere from 70-95 days for harvest, so there's still a good amount of time to go before the chop.
Happy 4th of July to all the growers in the U.S.A
Mars Hydro SP6500 is still only being powered at less than 50% and I'm not seeing any negative reactions, burning stretching etc.
@@Trumptight420, it's mephistogenetics.com if you go on now it shows what will be for sale today at 10 am mountain time.
If you're Canadian or European/ other countries you might get a different homepage from the USA.
Haha... πββοΈ same age, strain, and pheno plants with slightly different environments can turn out so differently. I shared a photo with you, and by chance I come here and read that π. π€£π€£π€£π€£
@Weed_be_thy_medicine, oh nice. I managed to score like 1 grape walker in one of the recent mephisto Mondays. Maybe I'll have to fire it up too. And I'm definitely not doing any transplant this time.
@Experimentgreen,ah thanks for the master advice ππ». Iβm gonna do a mango smile and grape Walker kush from M as well hence learning from you :)
@Weed_be_thy_medicine, I've had good and bad luck with the transplants. I think the key is doing it early if so. Within the first 3 weeks and a smooth transplant is essential....no stress. Which is hard to accomplish.
Any chance that's just a small strain? Did you check with the seed guys? I thought I saw a "500g weight max" but that's usually wet weight anyway.
@spyder, thanks friend. I appreciate that. If you haven't grown any Mephisto lately you should! They're having "mephisto Mondays" every week in their store so seeds have been easier to get.
@420learning, I like mephisto, even if their plants end up small they're so coated in trichomes you almost don't have to trim them. Just a small, quick once over and they're good.
