WWonder Planted on 5/11/2031. Both seeds have a big fat taproot as of 5/15/2021. Update: both of these sprouted nicely but then died quickly. One didn't really grow, and the other looked amazing then shriveled and died. I wonder if I didn't keep them humid enough by taking the top (clear) cup off of them and exposing them. They may have had too strong light sitting beside a very sunny window (with a thin fabric curtain). Planted a few more and will try to keep them alive! Recommendations welcome!

Hi all, this is my first auto grow. Given that a)I want the highest yield, and b)autos flip to flower automatically, is it basically a race to get it as big as I can during the Veg stage before it flips? Or will it continue to grow on size during the flower stage? Thanks :)

To get the highest yield on an auto, I would not reccomend any technique other than LST, and even then, be gentle. Your plant will grow happy and healthy as long as it has water, C02, good airflow, nutrients, and the temp and humidity are appropriate for the stage of growth (70-90% during seedling, 60-70% during veg, ~50% during flower). You can supplement with nutrients, but don't go nuts, as you can easily burn the roots or cause salts to build up (causing lockout and requiring a flush). It will continue to grow during flower, and the leaves the plant makes during Veg are used by the plant to make it's flowers (reminder, don't defoliate an auto as they have short Veg periods). WWonder Gelato x NTL #3 and #4 planted on 5/21/2021. Both look like they're doing great. Trying not to let these get too much sun/too hot as I think that killed the last ones. Keeping a clear cap on all of them to maintain humidity. Mystery Auto #2 planted on 5/19/2021 is doing good. Same treatment as the others. Everything kept inside for half the week due to colder weather. Will be outside soon.

WWonder All showing some growth this week. The Mystery Auto had a curli boi come in and munch like crazy, but it didn't seem to damage the health as it's still growing. Gelato x NTLs doing well, and one is very tall. They all seem to be taller than normal fem seeds. Taking the protective humidity covers off of them now due to the high humidity outside. Fingers crossed 🤞

WWonder Transplanted all three into big pots mid week. They are all still pretty small but seemed to take the transplanting well. I put a Gelato xNTL and Mystery Auto together in one 10 gal pot

WWonder Skipped a few weeks. Week 7 from their planting date, and two of the plants (Mystery auto and the Gelato "x NTL) have just started to flower. They had slow growth in the first few weeks so they're not as high as I would hope but at least they're healthy!
