Kitch Potted these little guys in miracle grow. The fit under the aerogarden light, so that's a bonus! I'll take them outside for a few hours a day to get them used to the outdoors π

Kitch The plants are enjoying the soil! Lights are on 18/6 and on nice days they will go outside for a few hours to get used to the outdoors. Here in the Pacifc North West the weather takes a while to warm up!

Kitch Repotted last weekend, and there's room to grow. She's enjoying the summer days and right after the days started shortening at the end of June, I started to see pistils appear.
The second plant is at a friend's place. In the fall we will compare π

Kitch I'm not sure what week we are in, but this gal is loving the heat this summer! These beautiful pink pistons look like sea things I saw in the Great Barrier Reef. So cool!

Kitch She's really flowering beautifully, the pistils are so pink! It's been a sunny summer and is getting sun from 8am to 8pm. The temps at night have dropped to about 14 degrees. Happy with the progress π

Kitch Posting a photo before chop day! I'm so pleased how this turned out. Tomorrow I chop and begin the drying and curing. Just in time for xmas parties π
@FarmerFred, the outdoor method took wayyyyyy longer . Do you have any pics of how your Lilloet Landrace looked before you harvested? Many thanks in advance!
@@Kitch, I have just updated my grow journal detailing my harvest. I'm a new grower so take what say with a grain of salt, but I've read that harvesting when trichomes begin to turn amber colour is ideal, and to ignore the recommended flower time from the breeders (they underestimate by a week or 2). Unfortunately I never got to that point as you'll see from my journal. Good luck with your harvest and enjoy it!
