More sunshine this week, temperatures overnight were in the 50s and generally I try to open the ventilation on the polytunnel at around 7-8am where the heat raises to mid 80s with the polytunnel closed. I watered alot less than I thought I would need to but never mixed in coco into my soil mixture before which might be the reason why. Will try to monitor exact watering techniques as I go. Plants seem to be happy and healthly so can't complain.
