Happy Daze

This week I performed the last of the heavy defoliation before I let her rest up for a week. She got some HEAVY training too as I ready her for flowering. I want to veg her for one more week from today. Sun 4/7 I got some me-time with her and gave her a good caress. She didn't look thirsty and the pot felt heavy - she drinks water less than all the other plants despite having the thickest stems. Mon 5/7 I gave her 1 cup full of top dressing. I made it with equal parts organic soil improver (made from seed cake and humate powder), crushed bones, worm castings and cocopeat+perlite mixed with some ash from my barbecue. She also got a good watering of 1ltr plain water to help the top dressing settle. Tue 6/7 I removed some of the fan leaves from the bottom and tightened her training cables to pull her more inwards to the centre of the pot Wed 7/7 I let her recover from the previous days activities as she had some pending training. I gave her a splash of water - about 1/3 of what I usually give her. It was PHd to 7.0 with some Apple Cider vinegar to allow for some Calcium and Magnesium uptake. Thu 8/7 She was bouncing back so i thinned out some more stalks and leaves and started weaving her limbs to get her mainline away from one side. She got some more pulling on her lines ever so gently. Fri 9/7 All limbs seemed to be recovering from the heavy weaving and she looked great. Sat 10/07 Despite only giving her 1/3 of her water dosing in the week, her pot was still quite heavy and the leaves showed no signs of thirst. Either the roots may have compounded or I am not gauging her right. Seeing her thick stems, I do wish I had not lost her other arm. For unknown genetics of a hermaphrodite mother, she is quite robust. I gave her a watering of the regular quantity of 1ltr either way and will see how the pot feels in 3 days. Now the calm before the storm as this week I only want her to fill out and settle. I will look out for any undergrowth to pull out as I do not want to disturb her at all in flowering.
