Zkittlezman After 5 days from planting, my little red sister has put out her cotyledons.

Zkittlezman My little sister is growing beautifully. The only flaw is that she's a bit stretched because the lamp was too far away.

Zkittlezman This week the roots came out of the peat disc, and as a result, after gently removing the bag containing the germination substrate, I placed my little sister in a pot of about one liter to give her the chance to further expand the root system before putting her in the final pot.

Zkittlezman The root system has filled the pot, so I placed it in the final 15L pot and now I can put it in the sun. For safety, I did a preventive treatment with neem oil. I will continue to apply it until flowering begins.

Zkittlezman I think it has "stretched" a bit and I don't know if this is due to the germination tent, which has a weak light source, or the position where I placed the pot, which doesn't get enough hours of direct sunlight. I tried to move the pot to a spot where the sun stays longer, but unfortunately this position is a bit too sheltered from the wind and besides raising the temperature above 35°, the relative humidity is also concerning. Now I will keep an eye on it to find a balance between more light and too much heat.

Zkittlezman Beginning of flowering. I did a bit of defoliation and tied down the side branches to let more light reach the tops and removed all those little buds that would remain weak and also take energy away from the main ones. The only downside is the size, short, of the side branches. Probably due to the fact that there were huge fan leaves shading the growing branches. Now they should be fine and grow more.

Zkittlezman My little sister is growing excellently and is also starting to change color. Of course, we are at the beginning of the flowering stage, but I am eagerly waiting for the buds to turn purple and start releasing their unmistakable aroma of..."GORILLA"....

Zkittlezman Great plant that grows wonderfully and is now starting to release its characteristic aromas. Nothing to complain about except that, given it's feminized, I would have expected a few more side branches. But it could just be this particular plant; we'll see the next ones....

Zkittlezman My little sister is growing well and the buds are starting to swell, but upon first inspection, they have few white hairs. But it's probably just a bit behind in maturation; later on, we'll have confirmation if it's due to genetics or a cultivation mistake. Anyway, I'm quite satisfied with the number and appearance of the tops.

Zkittlezman Beautiful plant, beautiful color, and beautiful buds. We're nearing the finish line, and on the branches, the buds are very compact and nice "fat." The plant doesn't have many branches, but the buds are compensating by becoming very "sugary." Last but not least is the smell, not the strongest, but very, very good. I have high expectations for this genetic variety. We'll see after the curing....

Zkittlezman Really a stunning plant with a beautiful bordeaux color of the flowers. The buds are very compact even though, at first glance, not too numerous. You settle up with the innkeeper, so I will wait for the harvest and curing to draw conclusions because they might be fewer but heavier. And let's not forget the two things that I consider fundamental, the aroma and the flavor, because they can completely overturn the result. Anyway, at week 11 I can say that the RED GORILLA has been given full marks. Another win for SWEET SEEDS.

Zkittlezman Really a beautiful specimen, probably not one of the most beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, if you don't consider the splendid color of the buds (a burgundy with a hint of red) and the size of the flowers. Despite keeping a compact size, my little sister has grown well and has excellently withstood both intense wind from different directions and excessive daytime temperatures; there were peaks of up to 50 degrees in the spot where I keep the pots (on the balcony, and sometimes not a breath of air moves, and the temperatures, in the sun, shoot up) but she has held up well, only the leaves have yellowed a bit, although I doubt that's the only reason, because I mistakenly started giving only water two weeks ago, then reintegrated with fertilizers last week. But I think the yellowing of the foliage had already begun by then.

Zkittlezman DAMN IT!!! Because of the heat in the last few days and not being able to move her into the shade, my little sister got stressed from the heat and the relative humidity being too low. Unfortunately, on the terrace where I keep the pot, the temperature exceeds 40 degrees and the humidity drops below 20%, and despite this, she was growing very well, but the excess from the last few days has seriously compromised the maturation because my baby hasn't turned into a boy, but bumps have appeared that I diagnosed as the bananas releasing pollen for self-pollination. That said, even though I still have 1-2 weeks to reach the right maturation of the trichomes, I’m forced to harvest, also because otherwise, I would have seeds in the buds. I'm thinking of placing a fan behind a water vaporizer to solve the problem, although I'm afraid the vaporized water could be harmful under sunlight. Anyway, if anyone has any advice, it's always welcome.

Zkittlezman A beautiful color that shines its best under the sun's rays. A strong scent, slightly different from its original counterpart. All in all, a stunning plant with strong growth that is resilient even in less than optimal and often variable environmental conditions. Once tied with LST and with a central stake, it is also very resistant to wind. A genetic variety that I will definitely recommend to friends, especially for its flavor that overwhelms and astonishes you.
